Now we’re convinced: There’s something in the water.

A CNBC director who worked on “The Suze Orman Show,” has been arrested and charged with spying on a teen nanny using a hidden camera in a bathroom.

Dan Switzen, 44, hid the spycam in a tissue box in his Westchester, New York home, police said.

“He intentionally installed a video recording device in a tissue box located in his family’s bathroom to surreptitiously view a person dressing or undressing … at a place and time when (the victim) had a reasonable expectation of privacy without (her) knowledge or consent,” the police complaint said.

A friend of the 18-year-old au pair discovered the spycam in the bathroom on November 18, and the two took the device to police, who found “incriminating” images on the memory card. Police arrested Switzen and charged him with unlawful surveillance, a felony.

Switzen, who has worked for CNBC for 16 years, was released without bail, said his lawyer, Jeffrey Chartier, according to the Daily News.

“He’s a very decent family man. I don’t want to litigate these allegations in the press,” Chartier said. “We will defend him accordingly.”

When reached over the phone, Switzen said, “No comment at all. Thanks, bye,” before hanging up.

NBC has had a slew of sexual misconduct reports in recent weeks. The network fired “Today Show” host Matt Lauer after several women came forward, and most recently paid a Chris Matthews accuser $40,000 to end a complaint against the MSNBC host.

Mark Halperin, a political analyst who often appeared on “Morning Joe,” was also canned after reports that he rubbed his erect (but clothed) penis against female staffers and masturbated in front of one young woman.
