<p>Former Vice President and current Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden praised a pro-confederacy group &#8220;who continue to display the Confederate flag&#8221; as &#8220;fine people&#8221; in newly resurfaced video highlighted by the Trump campaign.</p>
<p>The video is significant in large part due to the number of times that Biden has engaged in smearing President Donald Trump with the patently false claim that the president said white supremacists and neo-Nazis were &#8220;very fine people&#8221; in the wake of the Charlottesville tragedy in 2017.</p>
