Alyssa Milano thinks the tight race in Ohio on Tuesday is Russia’s fault.
With 100% of the precincts in the state’s 12th congressional district reporting, Republican candidate Troy Balderson narrowly defeated Democratic challenger Danny O’Connor. The margin right now — out of 202,521 — is just 1,754 in favor of Balderson, but there are still as many as 8,000 absentee ballots and provisional votes to tabulate.
