A California judge dismissed the case against pro-life investigator David Daleiden over undercover videos he released over a decade ago, showing Planned Parenthood executives discussing the sale of aborted baby body parts. 
Judge Brian Ferrall of the Superior Court of San Francisco approved the dismissal on Wednesday following an agreement between Daleiden and the state of California. The decision comes after state officials <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/california-finally-drops-prosecution-of-journo-who-exposed-planned-parenthood-with-damning-videos">agreed last year</a> to end the prosecution against Daleiden, but pro-abortion activists attempted to intervene and block the deal. 
“As promised, the final charge has been DISMISSED and the case completely expunged — after a couple months&#8217; administrative delay, and a truly bizarre last-minute ‘April Fool&#8217;s’ attempt by [Planned Parenthood] and [the National Abortion Federation] to overturn the State&#8217;s agreement,” Daleiden <a href="https://x.com/daviddaleiden/status/2039499385256751230">posted</a> on X. 
Court records show that groups like the Feminist Majority Foundation and the National Abortion Federation filed motions seeking to block the dismissal. 
The case against Daleiden was <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/kamala-harris-made-a-damning-planned-parenthood-video-disappear-now-its-public">launched</a> in 2016 by then-California Attorney General Kamala Harris, who would go on to become vice president during the Biden administration. It was over the videos released in 2015 by the Center for Medical Progress, a pro-life organization founded by Daleiden. The recordings showed Planned Parenthood officials discussing the sale of fetal tissue and organs. 
After the footage was released, California authorities raided Daleiden’s home and seized materials, claiming the videos were illegally recorded. The legal battle has stretched on for nearly a decade. 
In January 2025, the Center for Medical Progress said California prosecutors had agreed to end the case against Daleiden and fellow investigator Sandra Merritt. 
“The agreement — a negotiated settlement with zero punishment — is in exchange for a new ‘no contest’ plea by Daleiden and Merritt on a single video recording charge. It involves no jail time, no fines, no admission of wrongdoing, and no probation,” the Center for Medical Progress said at the time. 
According to the group, the no-contest plea would be entered as a misdemeanor and later converted to a not guilty plea before being dismissed and expunged.
The dismissal drew praise from Daleiden&#8217;s supporters, including Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the Justice Department, Harmeet Dhillon, who had previously represented him.
&#8220;Praise God! One of my favorite clients of all 33+ years of law practice in service to advancing liberty!!&#8221; Dhillon <a href="https://x.com/HarmeetKDhillon/status/2039875112871113095">said</a>.
Live Action President Lila Rose also celebrated the outcome, saying, &#8220;After a decade of California bureaucrats attempting to prosecute, bankrupt and imprison [Daleiden] for his courageous and groundbreaking pro-life reporting, they have officially FAILED.&#8221;
&#8220;David beat Goliath, and he’s only getting started,&#8221; she added.

I spent the day watching more of “The View” than I ever have before in my life.
Turns out, the insufferable hosts of this failing network show, on Disney-owned ABC, took it upon themselves to spend seven uninterrupted minutes on national television <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/daily-wire-host-fires-back-after-the-view-melts-down-over-her-support-for-young-families?author=Virginia+Kruta&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=2&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=Daily+Wire+Host+Fires+Back+After+%E2%80%98The+View%E2%80%99+Melts+Down+Over+Her+Support+For+Young+Families">bashing me</a> by name, and anyone else with the audacity to promote marriage and parenthood to Gen Z.
I’ve been a content creator since 2019, covering some of the most contentious issues in the American culture war, and I’ve gotta be honest: I never thought this, my most wholesome, pro-America take, would be the thing I’d get attacked for.
Last week, I joined a panel of incredible women on stage at CPAC to discuss the importance of the American family, and was asked specifically to talk about what it’s going to take to save America. My answer was one <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/daily-wire-host-torches-the-view-over-claim-only-rich-women-can-afford-kids?author=Virginia+Kruta&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=0&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=Daily+Wire+Host+Torches+%E2%80%98The+View%E2%80%99+Over+Claim+Only+Rich+Women+Can+Afford+Kids">I often repeat</a> in speeches or interviews, and reflects a simple timeless truth — we must renew the importance of the family as the cornerstone of society again to a generation that’s being lied to about it. Addressing a crowd older than myself, I said this:
<blockquote>If you’re not encouraging your children to grow up and have the courage to grow up to get married and have kids — more kids than they can afford, before they think they’re ready, it is high time to start.</blockquote>
Before long, Whoopi Goldberg &amp; company would be furious and virtually foaming at the mouth over the very idea that I promote marriage and motherhood to my generation, and dedicated an entire segment of everyone’s favorite “View-erless” show to launch an attack. 
The “anti-family” segment on &#8220;The View&#8221; opened with Whoopi predictably labeling me a racist – because, clearly, I must only want more white people to have children as a white woman myself. That’s obviously not true. 
But it’s a curious criticism coming from Whoopi Goldberg, an ardent supporter of the abortion industry, which grew in America specifically as a way to kill black babies in the womb at the hands of renowned and infamous eugenicist Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood.
In 2022, Black women made up about 40 % of all abortions reported in the U.S. – in New York City today, as Whoopi Goldberg runs her mouth on television from the heart of Manhattan, you are more likely to be aborted as a black baby than you are to be born… all in the name of racial progress and equity, right?
Let me be clear: the only racial component to any of this is the continued desire by the abortion industry to convince black women it’s more empowering to end the lives of their children than to give birth to them.
Moving through the panel, Sara Haines spent her time on air reminding viewers that having kids is a choice. That’s true. But what about my choice, and that of literally billions of other women around the world, to get married and have children? The very notion is seemingly unfathomable to the women on this miserable panel.
In other words, if you make the choice to “want” kids – it’s the wrong choice. You’re less of a woman. You aren’t a feminist. You don’t support equality. You deserve to be publicly SHAMED, which is exactly what they proceed to do to me.
Ironically, every woman but one around that table has children of their own. And every one of them is either in a long-term relationship or has been married. They somehow make it work as working moms. They have had the courage to commit their lives to someone they love. They get to snuggle their babies at the end of a long day of work — so, why isn’t it worth pursuing for you?
For the rest of the segment, all of the hosts collectively wasted air throwing out every anti-natalist argument to see what would stick.
They lied, saying having children is somehow beneath women, that we as a sex (amazing, how suddenly we can all define woman, right?) have come “too far” to still be sucked into the innate, natural, instinctual desire to have a beautiful baby and share your life with someone.
They lied, claiming childcare costs a whopping $400,000 a year, so must be financially inaccessible to anyone outside of the 1% of the 1%. For the record, it costs about $10,000-$15,000 on average a year… but I wouldn’t expect a woman screaming at me in an $800 jacket to know.
They lied, saying if you want a baby you must be in an abusive, oppressive marriage to an evil, misogynistic man–and someone ought to help you escape with a divorce attorney. To clarify: I love my husband, and no one is more supportive of my motherhood journey or my career.
They lied, saying that I must not understand how tough having kids are because I have a mere one-year-old, who “just sleeps all day.” News to me, after over a year of my life not sleeping all the way through the night.
They lied, saying that breastfeeding ruins your boobs. I know Whitney Cummings remains deeply concerned about my breasts – after 11 months of breastfeeding my daughter, they’re doing just fine.
They lied, of course, to claim we’re facing an overpopulation crisis, which is objectively the opposite of our current reality. In fact, over half of the world’s countries and areas now have fertility rates below the replacement level of 2.1 children per woman. These countries represent over two-thirds of the global population, and that number is expected to increase to over 90% by the end of this century.
By 2030, nearly 45% of American women aged 25-44 are projected to be single and childless.
It’s not hard to understand why – virtually every single influencer, television show, movie, college professor, woke pastor, politician, and mainstream media outlet today is dedicating massive air time to trying to convince you NOT to have kids.
Why? Because they want you miserable and lonely. They are intentionally seeking to brainwash you into what my friend &amp; fellow mom Allie Beth Stuckey calls “Toxic Empathy,” so you think you&#8217;re a better person and more compassionate for essentially hating children.
In fact, getting married and having kids is better for everyone in the long term. One study found that having kids increases your wealth by 23% throughout your life. Young married moms are three times happier than their unmarried, childless counterparts. Statistically, married, religious couples with children have the most satisfying intimate lives.
Most importantly, the joy and purpose we experience in sharing our lives with our children is unparalleled anywhere else in our often empty and meaningless society.
How dare we want that for the next generation, right?
I further find no coincidence that this segment aired this week at the start to Holy Week as we walk toward Christ’s Passion on the cross this Friday and His resurrection into heaven on Easter Sunday. The family is the most beautiful example we have of God’s perfect design for humanity. His love is exemplified for us as we lay down our lives for one another, humbling ourselves to serve our spouses and our children. The family, as a result, presents an unparalleled threat to the demonic forces of evil and darkness in our world.
St. John Paul II said during his tenure as Pope, “As the family goes, so goes the nation, and so goes the whole world in which we live,” and “The future of humanity passes by way of the family.”
&#8220;The View’s&#8221; attack on the family and those promoting it is just the latest example of spiritual warfare being waged against what is good and true and beautiful, and we must remain deeply committed to sharing the timeless truth of God even in today’s culture.
Mother Teresa once famously said, “If you want to change the world, go home and love your family.” These words have always been meaningful to me, but certainly have packed a huge gut punch this week as I reflect on the unexpected backlash to such a simple message I shared on stage last week.
It’s a call to action for all of us to ponder, and determine what course we will walk as we work to build our own American Dream as a generation among Gen Z.
The truth is, there’s no better advertisement for the joy of a God-centered marriage than the alternative being blast on full display from the set of &#8220;The View&#8221; – would you rather live among the misery, contempt, and judgment of these angry middle aged women, or pursue purpose and fulfillment in marriage and motherhood while you can?
So, thanks to the ladies of &#8220;The View&#8221; for giving me another opportunity to address this issue. In case it wasn’t clear, I stand by everything I said at CPAC. And in case you’re still unsure at this point, let me reiterate:
Have the courage to fall in love, get married, and make more babies.
It’s good for the world, and even better for you.

WASHINGTON—The Trump administration is extending Biden-era loans to Planned Parenthood for a final year, The Daily Wire can first report, putting the White House at odds with pro-life leaders.
The White House paused the Biden-era grants in 2025, prompting a slew of legal challenges from Planned Parenthood and allied organizations. The Department of Health and Human Services unfroze the grants in January, prompting massive outcry from pro-life activists. <a href="https://www.dailysignal.com/2026/01/14/why-hhs-restored-planned-parenthood-funding/">Some pro-lifers told The Daily Signal at the time</a> that the administration didn&#8217;t have a choice, since it withheld the funds to Planned Parenthood without amending 42 U.S. Code Part 300, which concerns family planning grants.
The Daily Wire began hearing rumblings on Monday evening that Planned Parenthood would receive that funding through next year. White House spokesman Kush Desai confirmed to The Daily Wire on Tuesday morning that the White House has come up against &#8220;significant legal challenges&#8221; in stopping the money from the Biden era Title X grants, but noted that this year will be the last that Planned Parenthood is funded by the grants.
“The administration has issued the fifth and final year of Title X grants that were locked in place during the Biden presidency,&#8221; he explained. &#8220;The administration faced significant legal challenges in stopping any of these dollars from going out.&#8221;
&#8220;Title X funds cannot be used for abortions by law and, consistent with President Trump’s Executive Order on Enforcing the Hyde Amendment, the Administration remains committed to realigning the Title X program with the President’s pro-life and pro-family agenda going forward,&#8221; Desai said.
He noted that HHS will soon be releasing a new Title X funding opportunity for the next five-year funding cycle, one that will prioritize life and promote the administration&#8217;s pro-family agenda.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services continue &#8220;to faithfully execute the One Big Beautiful Bill’s defunding of Planned Parenthood in Medicaid spending, and the Administration continues to scrap millions of taxpayer funding for the international abortion industry,&#8221; he said.
Key leaders in the pro-life movement are still distraught at the idea of Planned Parenthood receiving so much money from the government. Marjorie Dannenfelser, the president of SBA Pro-Life America, argues that funding the abortion giant means &#8220;propping up a business whose main purpose is to end the lives of innocent unborn children.&#8221; And she warns that failing to defend the unborn will cost the GOP at the polls in the midterm elections.

&#8220;This is an inexplicable slap in the face to the pro-life GOP base,&#8221; she said on Tuesday. &#8220;Three out of 4 GOP base voters support defunding Planned Parenthood. One third of those voters say they’d be less enthusiastic about voting this November if the GOP abandons pro-life policies.&#8221;
Pro-life leaders are already angry that the Trump FDA has newly approved an abortion drug, has not <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/reverse-this-wrong-republicans-push-rfk-to-fix-bidens-abortion-drug-mistakes">reinstated safety measures on abortion drugs</a> removed under the Biden administration, and kept a Biden FDA rule alive, allowing abortion drugs to be shipped to states that have banned them. The movement was also aghast when the president <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-says-republicans-should-be-flexible-on-rule-that-bars-taxpayer-funded-abortions">suggested lawmakers</a> should be &#8220;flexible&#8221; on the Hyde Amendment.
Kristan Hawkins, the president of Students for Life, said that she and others have been told that Planned Parenthood is getting the funds because &#8220;the rules require it.&#8221;
&#8220;Let’s talk about that,&#8221; she <a href="https://x.com/KristanHawkins/status/2038807191071932476">posted</a> on X. &#8220;If we are going to claim we must follow &#8216;the rules&#8217; to fund abortion vendors, then we should also enforce the law that prohibits mailing Chemical Abortion Pills. The Comstock Act is already federal law, and it makes it ILLEGAL to traffic dangerous abortion drugs by mail. That law is being ignored thousands of times every single day, as we said in our letter to [Attorney General Pam Bondi] JUST EARLIER TODAY.&#8221;
She added: &#8220;The Trump Administration doesn’t get to ignore federal law when it comes to the predatory abortion industry and then reward the same industry with more taxpayer dollars!&#8221;

Planned Parenthood’s Illinois chapter has agreed to pay $500,000 after the federal government investigated allegations that the branch discriminated against its white employees. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) said there is reasonable cause to believe the organization segregated its employees by race into “affinity networks.”
Many firms have “affinity networks,” which allow employees to join employee groups with those to whom they feel similar. However, at other companies, these networks are voluntary, not mandatory. Planned Parenthood had mandatory &#8220;affinity caucuses” segregated by race, and employees of other races were not allowed to participate.
Every week, staff were required to attend one- to two-hour sessions of segregated racial affinity caucuses or DEI training. At DEI training sessions, white employees were reportedly the target of harassment and derogatory statements such as: they “are white and do not feel racism the same way that non-white patients feel” and “white supremacy is exerted at every level of oppression.&#8221;
EEOC Chair Andrea Lucas said, “Segregating employees by race violates the core promise of our nation’s civil rights laws.” Lucas added in her statement that Title VII guarantees equal treatment for every employee and “those protections equally apply to white workers.”
Planned Parenthood employees alleged that the company even restricted the benefits of white employees. “Planned Parenthood also denied white employees access to time off that it granted only to black employees,” the report read. Along with the $500,000 settlement, Planned Parenthood fired the manager responsible for the misconduct that the investigation uncovered. The EEOC says the investigation was prompted after multiple employees brought forward their concerns.
The Daily Wire <a href="https://www.plannedparenthood.org/planned-parenthood-illinois/newsroom/statement-in-response-to-august-21-article-from-buzzfeed-news-statement-in-response-to-august-21-article-from-buzzfeed-news?utm_source=chatgpt.com">obtained</a> a press release from the Illinois Planned Parenthood affiliate that may have been the start of the organization’s discriminatory practices.
Planned Parenthood of Illinois said in a response to a BuzzFeed News article, &#8220;Despite not having the details of this particular incident, we recognize that Planned Parenthood has been complicit in upholding systemic racism. Moving forward, [Planned Parenthood of Illinois] is deeply committed to being anti-racist and ensuring that our work is not performative, that there is no divide between our words and actions.”
They added, “As part of this work, we’ve created spaces for honest conversations about race and are providing multiple channels through which staff have opportunities to share their lived experiences with leadership.”
The Illinois Planned Parenthood is not the only affiliate to release statements on racism in their organization. Nineteen out of the 49 Planned Parenthood affiliates have issued statements.
Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest said, “We must confront how white supremacy of the past and present continues in the institutions we are a part of today including our own organization.&#8221;
The Virginia affiliate said that they acknowledge “our past and our present participation in white supremacy and are committed to stopping, learning, growing and living our values through the hard and uncomfortable work of progress.”
None of the statements released by the Planned Parenthood chapters specifically addressed discrimination allegations against white employees or white patients.

Okay, this is horrifying. 
But you have to give this murderous woman, this truly sacrilegious heretic, some credit for honesty. She is openly acknowledging something that most pro-abortion Christians will not: something sacred was going on in my womb when that baby was being knit there. 
She goes on to basically say, Jeremiah and Job describe being knit in the womb. And yeah, that&#8217;s all real. I totally grant that. And I felt it. I personally know it&#8217;s real — but I chose to kill my kids and I felt that that was cool too.
So, of course, the difference between real Christianity and a lot of pagan cults is that Christianity is a definitive religion. Our Lord is a real person who lives in real time and space and picks real people to build his Church with and upon, like Saint Peter, to whom he gave the keys to the kingdom of heaven and the power to bind and to loose. It is a religion that has real, visible authority in the world throughout history.
During that history, our Lord says, I will send the helper, I will send the Holy Spirit to you, and I will be with you always, even until the end of the age, because our Lord is the bridegroom and the Church is the bride. It is a real, definitive religion.
We can definitively say Christianity outlaws abortion.
We can definitively say Christianity has a real view of marriage, and it doesn&#8217;t change.
We can really say all of that.
And this woman kind of admits that, which is why you have to give her points for honesty. She says there was a divine thing happening when babies were being created in her womb. But she killed them anyway because her autonomy trumped even the spark of the divine. In other words, her autonomy trumps even God himself.

And it&#8217;s nuts when you hear it that way from a forthright liberal woman. But that is the premise of liberalism today — nothing is more important than my autonomy. I will make of myself the highest god.
We saw this in the Biden administration. Joe Biden believed he could be a liberal and a Christian, he was happy to do it. He called himself the most devout Catholic in the world. However, when his liberalism conflicted with his Christianity, he always chose liberalism.
And this is what liberalism tells us to do. We can believe a wide number of things. We can engage in a wide number of behaviors. We can even join many political parties. But the highest good is my autonomy. I&#8217;m really number one. I will make a god of myself. It&#8217;s a fulfillment of what the serpent promises to our first ancestors in the garden: “You will be like gods.”
You don&#8217;t have to listen to him.
And that&#8217;s what this woman is saying. It&#8217;s all the more shocking because she admits: Jeremiah and Job talk about the divine spark in the womb. I felt it too — and I killed them.
Press them on that.
Press the Democrats and the liberals on that: If you&#8217;re a Christian, what happens when Christianity contradicts your liberalism? Which side do you pick?

An undercover video released by Live Action ahead of the March for Life appears to show a Planned Parenthood employee telling a woman that ending the life of an unborn child is safer than giving birth.
Investigators with Live Action released an undercover video on Thursday that appears to show Planned Parenthood employees being willing to covertly ship abortion pills, and agreeing to ship pills without confirming the gestational age of the child. The video was released as part of an effort to urge the Trump administration to take action to stop the widespread mailing of the abortion drug across the country.
For the video, Live Action said it made calls to 27 different Planned Parenthood affiliates across the country and asked a number of questions about receiving the abortion drug mifepristone. The video featured recordings of the calls with investigators and Planned Parenthood employees.
In one of the calls, an employee at a Planned Parenthood in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, tells a woman it would be safer for her to end the life of her unborn child through an in-person abortion or abortion pill than to deliver it.
“I mean, I would say like both procedures are really safe and effective, but as with any medical procedure, there are some risks involved,” the employee says in the video, according to Live Action. “Of course, you know, we can talk about that more in detail with, like, a medical care provider just to get more accurate info on that, if that makes sense. But I know they’re like, they’re like, certainly like, safer than, like, you know, carrying to term, I’d say as far as that goes.”

In another video from St. Cloud, Minnesota, a Planned Parenthood employee said to a woman that she couldn’t quite tell her what she would see after taking abortion pills.
“You’re pregnant, so the abortion, you will be bleeding and cramping and blood clots to get rid of the pregnancy or get rid of the baby, you know, the pregnancy,” the person said on the call.
In other videos, individuals identified as Planned Parenthood employees by Live Action told women they wouldn’t need to get ultrasounds before getting mailed abortion pills or need follow-up appointments after taking the pills.
“Do I have to have an ultrasound?” the Live Action investigator asks a person identified as a Planned Parenthood employee in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
“So, if you don’t want an ultrasound, if you’re OK not getting one, we can go ahead and move forward,” the unidentified employee responded, according to the recording published by Live Action.
In Portland, the investigator was told she could get the pills sent to her in a “confidential manner.”
“Can I do this without my parents knowing?” the Live Action investigator asked.
“Yeah, we can set it up to be confidential for you,” the Planned Parenthood employee responded.
Other investigators were told that the pills don’t “have to go right to your house” and that Planned Parenthood could “use a different address, you can put like a friend’s address or something.”
The video was released at a press conference attended by multiple Republican lawmakers, including Reps. Michael Cloud (R-TX), Mark Harris (R-NC), Troy Downing (R-MT), and Andy Biggs (R-AZ).
When reached for comment on the video, Planned Parenthood did not respond to the specific allegations but claimed to comply with all applicable laws.
“Planned Parenthood health centers that offer medication abortion follow all applicable laws and regulations and always ensure care provided reflects the latest credible research and upholds the highest standard of patient care,” Danika Severino of Planned Parenthood told The Daily Wire.
&#8220;In accordance with Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s medical standards and guidelines — which are developed and updated with medical experts across the field of sexual and reproductive health care using rigorous scientific evidence — providers at Planned Parenthood health centers explain the associated risks and benefits to patients seeking medication abortion, just as they do with every health care service provided,” she added.
The video was published in conjunction with the release of a <a href="https://dw-wp-production.imgix.net/2026/01/LA26-The-State-of-Chemical-Abortion-01.20.26-updated.pdf">report</a> detailing the history and dangers of the abortion pill and a letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Marty Makary.
“Since its approval in 2000, this drug has ended the lives of approximately 7.5 million children in the United States. Live Action’s investigation now publicly documents how those regulatory failures in safety manifest in clinical practice, particularly within Planned Parenthood facilities tasked with administering this drug under federal safeguards,” Live Action President Lila Rose wrote to Kennedy and Makary.
Rose asked the officials to “reevaluate the approval and current regulatory status of mifepristone, strengthen transparency and data collection, and remove this dangerous drug from the market.”
On Thursday, Rose met with Kennedy and said that they <a href="https://x.com/LilaGraceRose/status/2014396553406886052">discussed</a> the “dangers of the abortion pill.”
Ahead of the March for Life, the Trump administration did make multiple pro-life policy moves that were praised by conservative groups. The administration ended the use of human fetal tissue in federally-funded research, expanded the Mexico City policy, cutting funding for abortion abroad, and took actions to protect the rights of doctors in Illinois to not perform abortions.
Those moves were praised by the Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America organization, which also demanded that they reverse Biden-era guidelines that allowed the abortion pill to be sent through the mail. These regulations have enabled activists to ship abortion pills into states where medication abortions are technically illegal.
“The abortion rate has gone way up over a million at least as far as we can track,” SBA Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser said on a press call attended by The Daily Wire. “They&#8217;re going up in these states because the abortion drugs, of course, through the mail, anyone can order them, they&#8217;re flooding [to] every boyfriend, every trafficker, every woman who orders them.”

When my parents sent me to college at age 16, they were naturally nervous. But their nerves were calmed by the fact that I would be attending a Christian school — a school that avowed the same beliefs and values as they did.
As it turns out, that shouldn’t have reassured them.
According to a <a href="https://studentsforlife.org/2026/01/13/shocking-1-in-7-faith-based-schools-connected-to-abortion-industry/">stunning new report</a>, more than 1 in 7 Christian colleges directly violated their professed faith in the 2024-2025 school year by maintaining a relationship with Planned Parenthood or the abortion industry. That’s fully 1 in 7 colleges publicly proclaiming Christ while privately violating the most basic Christian value: the dignity of life.
That’s not counting the myriad of colleges that plaster the name of Christ on top of an otherwise completely secular school. The study, conducted by Students for Life of America’s Demetree Institute for Pro-Life Advancement (IPA), only looked at schools directly affiliated with a Christ-centered denomination — schools that publicly affirmed faith in their mission statement.
Nor were the schools’ infractions minor in nature. More than one-fourth of the offending schools were Christian schools that referred students to Planned Parenthood as a “health resource.”
That fact would be distressing even if the schools in question were secular. Reports from outlets as left-wing as the New York Times document the <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2025/02/15/us/planned-parenthood-clinics.html">abysmal standard of care</a> at Planned Parenthood facilities, including staff instructions to limit appointments to just 10 minutes in order to churn through as many patients as possible.
But for Christian schools, such referrals don’t just pose a threat to student health; they’re a direct betrayal of the faith they proclaim.
Students, parents, and donors expect schools bearing the name “Christian” to live out their faith. But IPA’s report shows just how many fall short of that calling.
And unfortunately, the problem is only growing. According to IPA, Christian schools have increased their support for abortion by 19.82% overall since the 2022 reversal of Roe v. Wade. Since 2024, that support has increased by a full 38.63%.
And while some might seek to dismiss the problem as limited to a single rogue denomination, that’s simply not the case. IPA eliminated from its study schools belonging to denominations that have affirmed abortion — like the Disciples of Christ, Quakers, and Moravians. Even after eliminating those denominations, IPA found that over half the remaining denominations — those that have not expressed support for abortion — had at least one school with ties to abortion.
Clearly, the issue is not one that can be avoided by simply attending a school from a different denomination. For Christian pro-lifers seeking an education aligned with their values, the future seems grim.
But fortunately, the news isn’t all bad. According to IPA’s report, a full 50 ties between Christian schools and Planned Parenthood were severed during the 2024-2025 school year, thanks to interventions and awareness fostered by IPA. And after researchers reached out to offending schools in July 2025, four schools cut all ties to the abortion industry, and another four removed some.
This success points to the path forward. Higher education institutions depend on the support of students, parents, alumni, and donors. If these groups express undeniably—with their words and, if necessary, their pocketbooks—that they will not stand for compromise, Christian colleges will have no choice but to cut ties with the abortion industry or to stop falsely claiming the name of Christ.
I’m thankful that the school I attended, The Master’s University, a small Christian college north of Los Angeles, lives out its professed faith. Notably, it received an “A” rating in IPA’s report — meaning no ties to Planned Parenthood/the abortion industry were found. But the same should be true of all schools claiming Christianity.
If a student decides to attend a Christian school, they should know exactly what they’re getting: a school that affirms biblical truth, starting with the simple reality that every human life is sacred.

Women who deliver fully formed babies after taking abortion pills are instructed to flush them down the toilet by abortion advocates, a former Planned Parenthood director said on Thursday. 
Mayra Rodriguez revealed the horrific reality of the abortion pill in <a href="https://stopcoercedabortions.com/videos/mayras-story/">new video</a> testimony set to be released Thursday by the group <a href="https://stopcoercedabortions.com/">Stop Coerced Abortions</a>. In the video, which was previewed by The Daily Wire, Rodriguez discussed her experience getting phone calls from women who took abortion pills. 
“The phone calls that strike me the most were the clients with the abortion pills that will call me in the middle of the night and said, ‘So you guys told me to push a blood clot on the toilet, and I tried to do that, but I didn&#8217;t make it, and it’s not a blood clot, it&#8217;s actually a baby. So what do I do?’” she <a href="https://stopcoercedabortions.com/videos/mayras-story/">said</a>. 
“You’re instructed to tell them to go ahead and grab it and throw it in the toilet, and flush.. and don’t look,” she said in the video. She said the client would respond by saying, ‘But, you told me it was just a blood clot, but I can actually see the hands, the feet, the face.’ And they will be crying.” 
Medication abortions, which are the most common abortion method, are facilitated by a woman taking mifepristone and misoprostol. After a pregnant woman takes mifepristone, the unborn child is cut off from the nutrients it needs to survive and is effectively starved to death. Misoprostol is then taken to induce labor and expel the deceased baby from the mother. 
Rodriguez then discussed how in many states today abortion pills were handed out without any idea how far along the pregnancy was and how sometimes women would be unknowingly given the pills in their drinks. She said that abortion pills were the real “back alley abortions.” 
The video featuring Rodriguez is part of a new series on abortion coercion from Stop Coerced Abortion.
&#8220;We must continue to listen to and share these horrific stories so that people know the truth: life in the womb is precious, and abortion coercion is real,&#8221; Live Action founder Lila Rose told The Daily Wire. &#8220;Every day we do not abolish abortion, preborn children are murdered, and mothers suffer through unimaginable physical and emotional trauma.” 
Just last week, a surgeon in Ohio <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/ohio-surgeon-accused-of-forcing-abortion-pill-on-sleeping-girlfriend?author=Leif+Le+Mahieu&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=0&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=Ohio+Surgeon+Accused+Of+Forcing+Abortion+Pill+On+Sleeping+Girlfriend">was charged</a> after he was accused of attempting to force his sleeping girlfriend to take an abortion pill. He allegedly ordered the pills from an out-of-state telehealth provider using his estranged wife’s information. 
The video comes as pro-life lawmakers and advocates continue to press the Trump administration to take steps to reverse the regulations implemented by President Joe Biden that allowed abortion pills to be mailed across the country. On Wednesday, Senator Josh Hawley <a href="https://x.com/HawleyMO/status/1998806068974240199">sent</a> a letter to Food and Drug Administrator Marty Makary asking about reports that he was slow-walking a study on the dangers of the abortion pill. 
“The FDA must act to protect children and mothers. By neglecting to review the dangerous drug mifepristone, Dr. MaKary is dismissing the reality that abortion pills kill preborn children and endanger women. We must end mail-order abortion and ban the abortion pill now,&#8221; Rose told The Daily Wire. 
President Trump told The Daily Wire on Wednesday that he was looking into the reports. 
&#8220;&#8216;ll find out,&#8221; he said. &#8220;I don&#8217;t think they&#8217;re slow-walking anything, but I&#8217;ll find out.&#8221;

Rodriguez, who worked for Planned Parenthood for 17 years, is currently a witness in a <a href="https://stopcoercedabortions.com/#lawsuit">lawsuit</a> against the abortion giant and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz accusing the state of coercing women into having abortions. The suit says that Minnesota&#8217;s abortion laws violate the 14 Amendment rights of mothers and the Equal Protection rights of their unborn children. 
Other harrowing testimony in the video included Rodriguez saying that Planned Parenthood workers were told to not investigate signs of human trafficking and that a baby who survived an abortion was taken into a room designated for “products of conception&#8221; and left to die. She also recounted looking through trash bins for the discarded heads of babies who had been dismembered in surgical abortion procedures. 
“You understand that what you have been selling has never been freedom, not for the mother and not for the child.  What you have been selling, it&#8217;s pain and darkness, and it&#8217;s bloody. And it&#8217;s all about money in realizing that for 17 years, I helped no one. I helped no one, but I destroyed many.”

Former Planned Parenthood Worker Reveals Horror Of The Abortion Pill

A leftist federal judge appointed by former President Barack Obama issued an order on Tuesday blocking the Trump administration from cutting funding going toward organizations like Planned Parenthood that end the lives of unborn children. 
U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani <a href="https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/26327752-talwanipppi120225/">ruled</a> that the Department of Health and Human Services cannot cut off Medicaid funding going toward Planned Parenthood. Talwani sided with California and other Democrat-led states that sued to keep Medicaid funding flowing to Planned Parenthood affiliates.
Talwani wrote that HHS failed “to provide clear notice as required by the Spending Clause of the United States Constitution” to the Democrat-led states. Medicaid funding for abortion-promoting entities was cut off for one year by a provision of the GOP-backed “Big, Beautiful Bill.” 
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit previously overturned another <a href="https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/26089904-ppfavkennedyca1091125/">decision</a> from Talwani that sided with Planned Parenthood in a suit over the provision. 
Talwani’s decision was met with criticism from pro-life advocates. 
“The Democrats and their radical activist judges are desperately seeking to thwart the will of the people and bail out the Big Abortion industry, led by Planned Parenthood. The One Big Beautiful Bill Act is federal law passed by Congress and signed by the president,” said SBA Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser.
“This fight is not over. The pro-life movement will work tirelessly to ensure the Democrats do not prevail and taxpayers are never forced to pay a dime to prop up Big Abortion businesses,” Dannenfelser added. 
Talwani has a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/judge-who-prevented-trumps-deportation-of-500k-migrants-volunteered-for-obama-elizabeth-warren">history of leftist activism</a> and has volunteered for and donated to prominent Democrat politicians, including Obama and Senator Elizabeth Warren.

The federal judge <a href="https://www.fec.gov/data/receipts/individual-contributions/?contributor_name=Indira+Talwani">donated</a> a total of $1,725 to Democrat politicians and the Democratic Party, including $1,000 to former Sen. John Kerry (D-MA), $350 to Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), and $100 to Obama. Talwani also gave another $275 to the Democratic National Committee.
Talwani explained on her Senate questionnaire that she also volunteered to knock on doors for Obama in 2008 and volunteered to canvass on behalf of Elizabeth Warren in 2012. 
She has sided against the Trump administration in other rulings, including decisions to revoke Temporary Protected Status for half a million migrants, and a 2019 ruling said Immigration and Customs Enforcement was allowed to arrest illegal aliens on courthouse grounds in the state of Massachusetts.

An elderly pro-life Catholic sidewalk counselor who was brutally beaten outside of a Baltimore Planned Parenthood wants the Trump administration to intervene after his attacker was given a slap on the wrist earlier this year. 
Mark Crosby, 75, sent a letter to the Justice Department on Thursday requesting that they “consider prosecution” of the 28-year-old man who <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/exclusive-full-video-shows-lead-up-to-brutal-attack-of-elderly-pro-lifers-by-man-who-dodged-prison?author=Leif+Le+Mahieu&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=undefined&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=EXCLUSIVE%3A+Full+Video+Shows+Lead-Up+To+Brutal+Attack+Of+Elderly+Pro-Lifers+By+Man+Who+Dodged+Prison">assaulted</a> him and 84-year-old Richard Schaefer outside of Planned Parenthood in downtown Baltimore on May 26, 2023. The letter, obtained by The Daily Wire, suggests that their attacker, Patrick Brice, could face federal charges for targeting them based on their religious beliefs. 
“The attack is shocking for its violence and brutality and was captured on surveillance video,” Terrell Roberts, a lawyer for Crosby, wrote to Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon. “He was [at Planned Parenthood] with another counselor, Dick Schaefer, age 84. They hand out rosaries and religious literature to women and offer religiously based counseling with the goal of preserving the life of the unborn.&#8221;
Footage of the May 26 assault shows Brice getting into an argument with Schaefer before tackling the octogenarian into a potted plant and knocking him out. When Crosby runs up to check on Schaefer, Brice throws him to the ground before punching and kicking him in the head. 
As a result of the attack, Crosby has photophobia, which is extreme sensitivity to bright lights.

In August, Brice escaped jail time after Baltimore City Circuit Judge Yvette Bryan sentenced him to just one year of home detention and three years of probation. State prosecutors requested a total of 10 years in prison, asking that the judge send a “strong message of deterrence” against attacking people in broad daylight over their political and religious views.
Brice also dodged a more serious first-degree assault charge in both a jury trial and a bench trial. Bryan acquitted Brice of the charge because she claimed Crosby provoked him by coming to Schaefer&#8217;s aid.
&#8220;Finding Brice not guilty of a violent felony in the face of overwhelming evidence and showing extraordinary leniency by imposing a sentencing without any imprisonment in the face of the prosecution&#8217;s request for a 10-year sentence of imprisonment was a gross miscarriage of justice,&#8221; Roberts wrote.
Crosby accuses Brice of ripping off a crucifix he was wearing around his neck at the time of the attack. During sentencing, Brice disputed this and claimed that he had no animosity toward Christians.

Most Americans know Planned Parenthood as the nation’s largest provider of abortion, sex education, and birth control. But a new documentary lays bare the group&#8217;s sinister origins.
Produced by Fieldwork Media and directed by David Coonradt, ‘The 1916 Project’: Exposing Planned Parenthood’s Century Long Culture of Death brings Seth Gruber’s book of the same name to life. The film analyzes how Sanger’s radical advocacy for birth control, sterilization of the “unfit,” and population control informed today’s progressive movements.
Studying Sanger’s own letters and journals, viewers get an inside look into the mind of Sanger from her first illegal birth control clinic in 1916 to launching the multi-billion enterprise Planned Parenthood as we know it.
“The film connects every dot,” says Gruber. “Explaining the origins of third-trimester abortions, euthanasia, radical sex education, Critical Race Theory and the broader cultural turmoil from 1916 and beyond.”
So far, more than 1,000 churches hosted screenings for the film across the country, sparking nationwide discussion.
The film’s release on DailyWire+ brings an even larger audience of viewers seeking clarity on one of the most contentious issues in America.
Even abortion advocates want to distance themselves from Planned Parenthood&#8217;s founder. In 2020, Planned Parenthood of Greater New York announced the removal of Sanger’s name from the Manhattan Health Center.
“The removal of Margaret Sanger’s name from our building is both a necessary and overdue step to reckon with our legacy, and acknowledge Planned Parenthood’s contributions to historical reproductive harm within communities of color,” said Board Chair Karen Seltzer.
Prominent voices are rallying behind the film. Bestselling author and radio host Eric Metaxas calls Sanger’s plans “too horrifying to believe” in revelations of Sanger’s intentions, which he describes as the “literal extermination of races, all by way of the organization she founded.”
Global evangelist and pro-life advocate Nick Vujicic adds, “I meet believers all around the world who want to know what has happened to America.” He calls Seth’s film and book “the definitive guide to how we lost our culture.
