Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump accused Democrats of orchestrating a &#8220;coup&#8221; on President Joe Biden, saying, &#8220;They took the presidency away from him like he was a child.&#8221;
Trump made the comments to Fox News host Laura Ingraham during an in-depth interview that aired on Monday, and the clip of his remarks about Biden being overthrown by Democrats circulated on social media on Tuesday evening.
&#8220;I&#8217;m the opposite of a threat to democracy,&#8221; Trump said. &#8220;They&#8217;re a threat to democracy. I mean, look at what they just did. They just took over the presidency. This was a coup. Biden is a very angry man right now, you know that.&#8221;
&#8220;They took the presidency away. His wife didn&#8217;t want it to happen. They took the presidency away like he was a child,&#8221; Trump added.

Ingraham asked Trump who he believes is calling the shots in the White House after Biden dropped out of the presidential campaign amid concerns about his mental and physical capabilities.
&#8220;A group of people that are fascists, communists, Marxists. They circle the beautiful resolute desk in the Oval Office,&#8221; Trump replied.
&#8220;You&#8217;re saying Biden isn&#8217;t making any of the big decisions?&#8221; Ingraham pressed.
&#8220;I don&#8217;t think so, no. I don&#8217;t think he knows he&#8217;s alive,&#8221; Trump said, according to <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/media/trump-white-house-leadership-run-fascists-marxists-communists" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Fox News</a>.
During the first part of Trump&#8217;s interview with the Fox News host that aired on Monday night, Trump <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-hints-at-decision-on-debating-harris" target="_blank" rel="noopener">discussed</a> a possible debate against Vice President Kamala Harris after she took Biden&#8217;s place as the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.
“The answer is yes, I’ll probably end up debating,” Trump told Ingraham. “I think, actually, the debate should take place before the votes start being cast. I had a very good second debate against Biden [in 2020]. I really beat him badly. The problem was 30-40% of the votes were already cast.”
“So the answer is yes, but I can also make a case for not doing it [debating],” he continued, adding, “I want to do a debate, but I also can say this: Everybody knows who I am. And now people know who she is.”
Harris has cemented her position among her party&#8217;s elite as the top choice to run against Trump despite voters picking Biden in the Democratic primary. Shortly after Biden dropped out of the race, he endorsed Harris to run in his place. The vice president is expected to be formally crowned as the Democrats&#8217; nominee during the party&#8217;s convention in Chicago, which begins on August 19.

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump said during an interview broadcast on Monday night that he will likely debate Vice President Kamala Harris, but added that he &#8220;can also make a case for&#8221; skipping a showdown against the presumptive Democratic nominee.
Trump sat down with Fox News host Laura Ingraham, who asked him about a potential debate against Harris, and said that if he declines, &#8220;They&#8217;re going to say you&#8217;re afraid of debating her.&#8221;
&#8220;Well, they said that with Biden too — [that] I was afraid. I did great with Biden and I did great in every debate. I&#8217;ve had a lot of debates,&#8221; Trump replied. He added that he continues to lead in the polls after Biden stepped out of the race and Harris became the presumed nominee.

The former president agreed to two debates with President Joe Biden — one on CNN on June 27 and another on September 10 on ABC. Biden&#8217;s disastrous performance in the June 27 debate was the beginning of the end for his campaign against Trump as numerous Democrats urged the president to drop out in the days and weeks following the debate. Biden ended his campaign on July 21 and endorsed Harris.
The vice president said last week that she has &#8220;agreed to the previously agreed upon September 10th debate&#8221; and urged Trump to do the same. Shortly after Biden dropped out of the race, the Republican nominee pushed for the September 10 debate to be moved from ABC to Fox News.

Trump made the remarks during a Fox News interview with Laura Ingraham broadcast on Monday, during which he discussed whether he would agree to debate Harris.
&#8220;I like debating. I&#8217;ve done a lot of debates, and I&#8217;ve won the debates,&#8221; he said. &#8220;They were pushing for this early debate. I said, why do we want to do an early debate? When the Harris campaign suggested that he was scared to debate her, Trump responded by noting that Democrats claimed that he was afraid to debate Biden earlier this year. He went on to beat Biden so badly in the debate that his polling collapsed, and he quit the race.
&#8220;They offered me everything that I couldn&#8217;t accept, and I accepted it,&#8221; Trump said. &#8220;I accepted everything. And we had a debate. It was a great debate. It was actually&#8230; Maybe it was a mistake. Maybe I shouldn&#8217;t have debated so well because that was the end of him because from that day on, you could see that he was not gonna be [the nominee]. In my opinion, I said, I don&#8217;t think he&#8217;s gonna make it anymore.&#8221;

Former Transportation Secretary Jim Burnley, who served in the Reagan administration, discussed how the investigation &#8220;should proceed&#8221; in the coming months after the partial <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/baltimore-bridge-collapses-resulting-in-mass-casualty-event-after-its-struck-by-cargo-ship" target="_blank" rel="noopener">bridge collapse</a> in Baltimore early Tuesday morning.
Fox News host Laura Ingraham spoke with Burnley after a container ship rammed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge, causing it to break apart. At least half a dozen people are <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/6-people-presumed-dead-after-cargo-ship-crash-levels-baltimore-bridge" target="_blank" rel="noopener">presumed dead</a>.
&#8220;You were the transportation secretary in like a golden age of that department in my view, and I&#8217;m not saying it in a biased fashion,&#8221; said Ingraham, who was a speechwriter in the Reagan administration.
&#8220;You were an expert on so many things but tell us what happens next, or what should happen next in this mess of a situation involving a critical port?&#8221; she asked.
&#8220;First let me mention the six apparent fatalities, apparently all highway maintenance workers. That’s one of the most dangerous and under-appreciated jobs in America,&#8221; Burnley said. &#8220;Usually, it’s motorists that threaten them and in this case, a bridge comes down.&#8221;
In the segment, which was <a href="https://dailycaller.com/2024/03/26/jim-burnley-predicts-next-steps-baltimore-bridge-collapse/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">highlighted by the Daily Caller</a>, Burnley went on to talk about the National Transportation Safety Board, an independent federal agency <a href="https://www.ntsb.gov/Pages/home.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noopener">tasked</a> with determining the probable causes of transportation accidents and issuing safety recommendations.
&#8220;The way this should proceed, and I expect it will proceed, is the investigation will be led by what I believe is the most credible agency in the United States government – that’s the National Transportation Safety Board,&#8221; he said.
&#8220;It is bipartisan. In fact its most recent appointee was chief of staff at DOT [Department of Transportation] during the Trump administration,&#8221; Burnley said. &#8220;It has a highly esteemed group of subject matter experts, it will call on the various federal agencies at DOT, at DHS [Department of Homeland Security] – the Army Corps of Engineers, in this case, will be involved.&#8221;

&#8220;But that’s where we should all be focused, is on that agency and what it concludes,&#8221; he said. &#8220;It will make recommendations that I hope both the Executive Branch and Congress will take very seriously, whatever they are.&#8221;

The $350 million verdict against Donald Trump in the New York civil fraud trial is a “form of Navalny,” according to the former president. 
Trump discussed the recent death of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny during a town hall event with Fox News host Laura Ingraham on Tuesday night, where he compared Navalny’s death in a Russian prison last week to the multiple civil and criminal trials he faces. 
“Navalny is a very sad situation and he’s very brave, he was a very brave guy,” Trump <a href="https://apnews.com/article/donald-trump-navalny-russia-putin-2024-indictments-71513abe8f128ab885d9d2382f92e9d6" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a>. “He went back, he could have stayed away, and frankly probably would have been a lot better off staying away and talking from outside of the country as opposed to having to go back in, because people thought that could happen, and it did happen.”
The leading Republican presidential candidate then said what happened to Navalny is “happening in our country too,” adding that the U.S. is “turning into a communist country in many ways.”
“I’m the leading candidate, and I got indicted four times … I have eight or nine trials all because of the fact that I’m in politics,” he said. “They indicted me with things that are so ridiculous.”

The former president compared Navalny’s death to his trials just a day after he was criticized for his first public <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-says-alexei-navalnys-death-made-him-more-aware-of-what-is-happening-in-u-s" target="_blank" rel="noopener">statement</a> on the death of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s harshest critic. In a post on Truth Social on Monday, Trump wrote, “The sudden death of Alexei Navalny has made me more and more aware of what is happening in our Country.”
“It is a slow, steady progression, with CROOKED, Radical Left Politicians, Prosecutors, and Judges leading us down a path to destruction,” Trump continued. “Open Borders, Rigged Elections, and Grossly Unfair Courtroom Decisions are DESTROYING AMERICA. WE ARE A NATION IN DECLINE, A FAILING NATION! MAGA2024.”
Trump’s GOP rival Nikki Haley <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/nikki-haley-hits-trump-over-his-response-to-alexei-navalnys-death" target="_blank" rel="noopener">slammed</a> the former president over his statement on Navalny, saying it appeared to come out of the “liberals’ playbook.”
“Donald Trump could have condemned Vladimir Putin for being a murderous thug. Trump could have praised Navalny’s courage. Instead, he stole a page from liberals’ playbook, denouncing America and comparing our country to Russia,” Haley said. 
Navalny’s death was immediately viewed as suspicious by the White House, and President Joe Biden <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/biden-condemns-putin-for-death-of-navalny-putin-is-responsible" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> in a press conference hours after initial reports that “Putin is responsible for Navalny’s death.” 
Trump made no mention of Putin in his initial statement on Truth Social nor in his answer to Ingraham’s question about Navalny on Tuesday night.

Matt Walsh sat down with Laura Ingraham Thursday night to discuss his new documentary, “What Is a Woman?” and told the Fox News host who the groundbreaking film&#8217;s real hero is.
The film was packed with nonstop shocking moments from start to finish, but a few key interviews are generating a lot of buzz from viewers. One of those was his talk with Scott Newgent, a transgender man who warned about the dangers of promoting trans lifestyles to children. 
“Scott Newgent is the hero of the film. Such a remarkable contrast between the raw openness and honesty in this interview and the evasiveness and defensiveness from the &#8216;experts&#8217; I spoke to,” Walsh <a href="https://twitter.com/MattWalshBlog/status/1532392581568638978">tweeted</a>. 
While Newgent wants to talk about trans issues, Walsh points out to Ingraham how proponents of medical intervention for children are eager to shut down conversations. One of those was Dr. Michelle Forcier, an associate professor of pediatrics and assistant dean of admissions at the Brown University Alpert Medical School.

“The more you describe what it is, the more people out there go, &#8216;What?!&#8217;” Ingraham observed. She then asked Walsh to describe chemical castration, which he mentioned in the film.
“That is quite literally what they’re doing to kids,” Walsh replies. “What they refer to euphemistically – everything that they say is covered in euphemism – euphemistically, they say ‘puberty blockers’ for kids, and then they tell a lot of lies about how it’s all reversible and temporary and all that stuff, and that’s not true. But the actual drug that they give to kids is called Lupron, and that is a drug that they give to sex offenders for chemical castration.”
Forcier stood out in the documentary because of her commitment to helping young children “transition.” 
When Walsh asked what age children who believe they are transgender should begin medications, Forcier says &#8220;medical affirmation begins when the patient says they&#8217;re ready for it. So, that could be a kiddo who is just starting puberty and panicking &#8217;cause they&#8217;re getting breast buds, or their penis is getting bigger and busier, and they&#8217;re worried about all kinds of masculine changes.&#8221;
Forcier added that puberty blockers are &#8220;wonderful&#8221; because they&#8217;re &#8220;completely reversible&#8221; and &#8220;don&#8217;t have permanent effects.&#8221;
As soon as Walsh brings up Lupron and how it’s also used to chemically castrate sex offenders, Forcier ends the interview.

Ingraham also played a clip of the gender-affirming therapist Walsh spoke with, who agrees that it’s worth discussing if Walsh could himself be a woman because he’s watched “Sex and the City” and likes scented candles.
“Are we really living on planet Earth?” Ingraham said while responding to the clip. “I mean, we’re talking about children, we’re talking about children’s innocence, we’re talking about kids who make so many decisions that they end up regretting. Matt … this is just insane.” 
He replied: “&#8230; On the surface, you run up against these things and you just have to laugh, it’s funny because it’s so absurd. And that is the appropriate response to absurdity. But then you go one level under and you go beneath the surface and you see that there’s something quite sinister happening.”

Lapado was referring to several interviews Fauci gave earlier in the week — specifically when he <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/fauci-says-the-pandemic-phase-is-over-but-its-still-too-risky-for-him-to-attend-white-house-correspondents-dinner/">told</a> PBS &#8220;Newshour&#8221; host Judy Woodruff that the United States was &#8220;out of the pandemic phase&#8221; only to <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/fauci-pandemic-phase-of-covid-19-over-fauci-no-it-isnt/">say a day later</a> that the pandemic was certainly not over telling The Washington Post, &#8220;The world is still in a pandemic. There’s no doubt about that. Don’t anybody get any misinterpretation of that.&#8221;
Lapado went on to say that the inconsistencies also included the officials&#8217; waffling position on masking – particularly their insistence that people continue to wear them despite multiple assessments suggesting they were <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/cnn-medical-expert-doubles-down-that-cloth-masks-were-never-appropriate-for-covid-19/">not effective</a>.
Ingraham pivoted to DeSantis then, noting that President Biden was <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/biden-to-attend-white-house-correspondents-dinner-possibly-wear-mask-fauci-to-skip/">planning to attend</a> the White House Correspondents&#8217; Dinner in spite of a spate of cases of COVID-19 in vaccinated and boosted individuals — and DeSantis pointed out the irony of Biden&#8217;s administration simultaneously <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/breaking-biden-admin-to-appeal-court-decision-that-ruled-mask-mandate-on-airplanes-was-unlawful/">fighting in court</a> to reinstate the mask mandate for air travel.
DeSantis then interrupted Ingraham&#8217;s line of questioning to announce that Lapado was the &#8220;Anti-Fauci.&#8221;
&#8220;I tell him, &#8216;You know what? I don&#8217;t always see what you do day to day, but if you&#8217;re being attacked by NBC and CNN, I know you&#8217;re doing a helluva job,'&#8221; DeSantis said, and the audience cheered and applauded.
Ingraham concluded the segment with one more question for DeSantis: &#8220;Will they ever retire Dr. Fauci?&#8221;
&#8220;You know — If I had my druthers, you know, you take him and you chuck him across the Potomac,&#8221; DeSantis said — and the audience roared again.

Fox News host Laura Ingraham interviewed Daily Wire reporter Mary Margaret Olohan Friday night over Olohan’s recent investigation into a Washington, D.C., abortion clinic. The clinic, headed by Dr. Cesare Santangelo, allegedly attempted to ship the dead bodies of 110 pulverized babies, plus the bodies of five preemie-sized babies, to a waste facility.
As Olohan <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/d-c-authorities-wont-autopsy-recovered-bodies-of-these-aborted-babies-police-are-hiding-barbaric-crimes-pro-lifers-say">reported</a> earlier this week, pro-life activists with the group Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising (PAAU) allegedly discovered and obtained a box with fetal remains inside as it was being sent from the Washington Surgi-Clinic to a waste facility in Baltimore. Pro-life group Live Action <a href="https://twitter.com/LilaGraceRose/status/1509994640170172418">photographed</a> five of the babies, and medical professionals determined they had died at either near the end of the 2nd trimester or in the 3rd trimester. “Where’s the outcry of what’s being done to these poor little babies?” Ingraham prefaced before reminding viewers of Biden’s silence on the issue despite his “adherence” to the Catholic faith. She then asked Olohan to explain her findings on the D.C. abortion clinic.
“I never expected in a million years to see what I saw yesterday,” Olohan told Ingraham. “It will probably stay with me for the rest of my life.” Olohan went on to explain how she went to the abortion clinic of Santangelo to get some answers on the alleged box of fetal remains found. She was not able to meet with the abortionist as clinic workers told her he wasn&#8217;t there. &#8220;I have reason to believe they were lying,&#8221; Olohan told Ingraham. However, Olohan was able to talk with someone else: a woman getting an abortion at the clinic.
“I bumped into a woman who told me she was in the middle of having an abortion right then and there,” Olohan explained. The woman was with a man who Olohan said looked like he was crying. The woman was in pain and told Olohan, “I’m having an abortion right now.”
At that moment, a clinic worker came out and told the woman having an abortion not to talk to Olohan.
After the incident, Olohan was struck with the severity of what she just witnessed. “This woman was having an abortion, was in the middle of it,” she said. “I talked to pro-life doctors who told me later she was in the beginning stages and she was about to head in there for an induction abortion, and the abortionist had kind of set it up for it to be easier to get the baby.”
In a piece published Friday, Olohan explained that D.C. officials have disregarded the alleged malpractice of Santangelo and his abortion clinic. Officials have even shown more concern for the actions of PAAU than for the 100 dead babies allegedly found in a box being shipped to a waste facility that claims they do not dispose of fetal remains. “Officials <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/religion/2022/04/01/lauren-handy-dc-abortion-fetuses/">have said</a> that autopsies will not be performed,” she reported. “Authorities will not address whether the five babies were alive when they were extracted.”
In a follow-up investigative piece published Friday, Olohan <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/i-went-to-the-clinic-of-the-dc-abortionist-accused-of-gruesome-crimes-heres-what-i-saw">wrote</a>, “This week, GOP lawmakers <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/gop-lawmakers-demand-d-c-doj-investigate-bodies-of-aborted-babies-uncovered-by-pro-life-activists">called</a> on Mayor Bowser and the Department of Justice to investigate the abortions of the five babies and ‘to preserve all of the children’s remains as evidence and conduct autopsies.’ And yet, D.C. officials remain silent.”
PAAU believes Santangelo may be breaking the law if he is providing partial birth abortions and allowing babies who have been born alive to die in his clinic.

Boreing&#8217;s announcement followed a series of videos released by Chris Rufo that were purportedly pulled from internal communications at Disney, revealing the corporation&#8217;s efforts to push radical gender ideology and other progressive ideas on sexuality. One producer even spoke of her &#8220;<a href="https://dailywire.com/news/not-at-all-secret-gay-agenda-disney-employees-break-down-adding-queerness-to-shows-and-degenderizing-theme-parks/">not-at-all-secret gay agenda</a>&#8221; and “adding queerness” to her show.

&#8220;Disney’s decline is just one example of a troubling trend,&#8221; Ingraham began, noting that a number of corporations have already bowed to the pressure and implemented policies that support radical gender ideology and force it on children.
&#8220;Late yesterday, The Daily Wire decided they’d begin to do something about this, announcing plans to invest a minimum of $100 million over the next three years into live action and animated children’s entertainment,&#8221; Ingraham continued as she introduced Boreing.
&#8220;Jeremy, for so long, conservative parents have asked, why are we paying for this to have our kids’ minds, you know, tinkered with or toyed with or at least around the edges on some of these issues? Where’s just like the regular innocent kids’ shows anymore?&#8221; she asked.
&#8220;Right. I think this goes right to the point of what we’re trying do at The Daily Wire, and that’s that Americans are tired of giving their money to woke corporations who seem to hate them,&#8221; Boreing replied. &#8220;They’re tired of giving their money to woke media companies who subvert the truth and try to silence them, and they’re tired of giving their money to woke entertainment companies like Disney who have not-so-secret gay agendas and want to add queerness into content for little children. The problem is Americans haven’t had a lot of alternatives.&#8221;
Boreing noted that when it came to news media, Fox News had often been the lone voice pushing back against the narratives being adopted by other media — but when it came to pure entertainment, there were no real alternatives.
&#8220;So, what The Daily Wire is trying to do is build those alternatives. Americans have a lot of economic might; they just don’t have anywhere to put that economic might,&#8221; Boreing continued. &#8220;We end up having to give our money to the same corporations who are opposed to us because they’re the only game in town. I’m tired of this nonprofit mentality that’s permeated the Right for the last generation, that says all we can do is lose, complain, and beg for donations. That’s nonsense. We can build alternatives.&#8221;
Ingraham went on to say that creating good content that did not include an agenda could be a difficult needle to thread. &#8220;One thing that conservatives often times have gotten wrong about this, Jeremy, is that kids don’t want to be preached at either,&#8221; she said, adding, &#8220;Walt Disney was a genius because he offered entertainment, and too often these conservative types who start doing films, it’s always preachy stuff. It shouldn’t be political at all.&#8221;
Boreing pointed out that overly preachy content was exactly what he intended to avoid by getting away from the typical non-profit model. He explained that when the content was dependent on donations, the donors often expected to see a more overt presentation of a specific message.
&#8220;We’re asking people to purchase a product that they actually want to see, which means it has to be entertainment first,&#8221; he concluded.

Tucker Carlson held nothing back on Tuesday night, branding MSNBC host Joy Reid a “moron” before broadening his attack against the “compliant, brain-dead, dumb leaders” of America’s elite institutions during an interview on Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle.”
Host Laura Ingraham noted that the left-wing commentators who accuse Republicans of being Russian dupes are “the <a href="https://www.aei.org/articles/will-democrats-still-be-russia-hawks-when-trump-is-gone/">same individuals who in the 1980s</a>, when I was in college, were making excuses for the Soviet Union” and demonstrating against the Reagan administration’s successful foreign policy, which led to the downfall of the USSR. “All of those people are now are like, ‘Well, this <a href="https://www.vox.com/2014/9/4/6105491/putin-russia-chart">much weaker Russia</a> is our biggest problem facing the United States.’ And meanwhile, you have people on television like Joy Reid who thinks that anyone who isn’t beating the war drums is basically a Kremlin apologist.”
Ingraham then aired a clip of Reid asserting that “Trump’s ties to Russia, the help his campaign accepted from them … are all too real,” despite the fact that special counsel Robert Mueller’s report found no instances of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. Reid proceeded to claim “the Republican Party, once a stalwart opponent of Soviet aggression during the Cold War, are [sic] now essentially Kremlin apologists.”
Carlson responded that no one who made such broad-brush attacks was presenting a serious argument. “I have to say, you have to pull back a little bit: That woman, who is a moron, went to Harvard. I went to Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut — so, who’s got the privilege, exactly?” asked Carlson. “This is someone who’s not capable of thinking clearly, or expressing herself clearly, or writing a coherent sentence, and she got into Harvard!”
Reid’s elevation from Harvard to multiple, eponymous, nationally televised cable news programs proves “that our system” is “elevating, and producing the most mediocre people imaginable,” Carlson continued. “That’s the core problem, and they run every American institution – these people who’ve been brought up through a system that is designed to create compliant, brain-dead, dumb leaders. And it’s doing that very effectively, obviously,” apparently referring back to Reid’s cable news career.
Reid’s low-rated MSNBC show “The ReidOut” recently featured a Democratic lawmaker proclaiming that Florida’s “<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/children-are-more-smarter-than-ron-desantis-education-policies-democratic-teacher-turned-senator">children are more smarter</a> [sic] than we think they are” and anti-Trump pundit <a href="https://twitter.com/thereidout/status/1491933259344887834">Michael Steele eating paper</a> live on the air. Reid also asked Dr. Anthony Fauci to evaluate the same far-fetched COVID-19 scenario, asking <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/joy-reid-rick-wilson-laugh-at-dumb-ass-red-state-americans">the same question</a> in nearly identical wording (and getting the same dismissive response), <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/cnn-msnbc-interview-fauci-neither-asks-about-damning-covid-19-documents">two months apart</a>.

On Fox News&#8217; &#8220;The Ingraham Angle,&#8221; Dr. Peter McCullough<a href="https://www.foxnews.com/transcript/the-ingraham-angle-changing-facts-covid-19"> joined host Laura Ingraham</a> on Monday night to discuss a variety of topics regarding the COVID-19 pandemic as well as his reaction to vaccine mandates at universities, cities, and more. McCullough, an internist, cardiologist, epidemiologist known for his willingness to speak out against health professionals like White House Chief Medical advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci, told the host that in light of the fast-spreading variant that all vaccine mandates should be &#8220;dropped.&#8221;
Ingraham noted that many Democratic officials and others are pushing for all Americans to be vaccinated, despite the real-world and clinical data showing that individuals vaccinated against COVID-19 can still spread the virus. The host asked McCullough for thoughts on vaccine mandates and their impact on society.
&#8220;I have to ask you, though, about this push, Dr. McCullough, to boost Americans as fully vaccinated. So university students are told, you have to get boosted by X date, or you&#8217;re not welcome on campus,&#8221; Ingraham asked. &#8220;What about that, given Omicron?
&#8220;At this point in time, the mandates should be completely dropped across the board,&#8221; McCullough stated. &#8220;Omicron has been several things one is a huge syndromic change. It&#8217;s basically very similar to getting a head cold, for those who are previously immune, and those who are vaccinated. Sometimes it&#8217;s almost an imperceptible mild syndrome that could last a few hours, or a day or so.&#8221;
The Daily Wire had <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/yale-or-jail-ivy-league-school-bans-students-from-visiting-local-businesses-and-restaurants-even-outdoors-due-to-covid-19">previously reported</a> that several colleges had begun instituting new vaccine booster mandates and other restrictions to kickstart the spring 2022 semester as students come back from winter break. Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, is even going so far as to ban students from entering businesses or eating at restaurants off-campus, aside from curbside pick-up.
On Monday, the United States tallied the most COVID-19 infections since the pandemic began. According to <a href="https://www.reuters.com/business/healthcare-pharmaceuticals/us-reports-least-11-mln-covid-cases-day-shattering-global-record-2022-01-11/">Reuters</a>, more than 1.3 million people tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday. Hospitalization also set a record on Monday, with more than 136,600 individuals hospitalized because of the virus. It should be noted that several states, such as Massachusetts and New York, have begun changing the way they count coronavirus cases, now differentiating whether or not a patient was admitted because of COVID-19, or they were in the hospital for a separate reason altogether.
McCullough&#8217;s comments come as the Supreme Court of the United States deciding the constitutionality of two similar but not congruent COVID-19 mandates under the Biden administration, one dealing with private-sector employees and the other focused on healthcare workers more specifically. The Daily Wire is challenging the private-sector mandate, which requires employers with 100 or more employees to institute a &#8220;vaccinate-or-test&#8221; policy for employees, which means that workers have the option of undergoing COVID-19 vaccination or taking a weekly test to prove they do not have the virus.

The host also said the nation is not a &#8220;hard-left country&#8221; and will not respond to the Biden-friendly attitude of MSNBC.
“This isn’t a hard left country. They’re not going to be able to convince voters to dump the Electoral College, make D.C. a state, get rid of capitalism, or eliminate prisons. Not going to happen,” Ingraham said.

Some of Ingraham&#8217;s critics pointed out that the same accusation could be made about Fox News and its connections with the Trump administration.

Regardless of criticisms regarding her own network, MSNBC has followed a pattern of attacking conservative views in recent weeks.
MSBNC host Joy Reid ripped podcaster and comedian Joe Rogan during a bizarre rant against conservatives regarding vaccines, claiming he said “it was okay” to spread the virus.
Reid made the comments during a Monday monologue on her “ReidOut” program on MSNBC.
