<p>Popular podcast host Joe Rogan this week said President Joe Biden has clearly declined and &#8220;can&#8217;t talk right anymore.&#8221; Both Rogan and podcast guest Coleman Hughes also listed off Biden&#8217;s many flubs and apparent fibs throughout his long career as a politician.</p>
<p>Rogan recalled critics calling him a supporter of former President Donald Trump. &#8220;I would vote for Trump before I would vote for Biden,&#8221; the host clarified. &#8220;But I didn&#8217;t vote for either.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;The reason why I said that was like, &#8216;You don&#8217;t see this? You guys out of your f***ing mind? You guys don&#8217;t see that this guy &#8212; he can&#8217;t talk right anymore?&#8217; Go watch videos of him from twenty years ago. He was a dummy, he said a lot of silly s***, he lied about a bunch of things, but at least he was articulate,&#8221; the host said.</p>
<p>Rogan brought up a famous quote former President Barack Obama reportedly said about his Veep. &#8220;Don&#8217;t underestimate Joe&#8217;s ability to f*** things up,&#8221; Obama reportedly said, <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/magazine/2020/08/14/obama-biden-relationship-393570">according</a> to Politico. Obama was also attributed with saying, &#8220;And you know who really doesn’t have it? Joe Biden.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Because that&#8217;s what he did,&#8221; Rogan said of Biden. &#8220;He would lie about his experience, he would lie about his background and education, he lied about his record.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;He <a href="https://www.politifact.com/article/2020/may/07/ad-watch-fact-checking-video-about-bidens-academic/">lied</a> about graduating in the top of this class, he <a href="https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2019/05/that-time-joe-biden-lied-about-his-academic-credentials/">lied</a> about having more than one degree, he <a href="https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-51648166">lied</a> about marching with Nelson Mandela,&#8221; Hughes added.</p>
<p>&#8220;I think there&#8217;s people who don&#8217;t value truth, they don&#8217;t value honesty, I think they just want to win,&#8221; Rogan said, adding, &#8220;The Biden thing &#8212; I think he just always wanted people to think highly of himself.&#8221;</p>

<p>Fox News Senior Political Analyst Brit Hume back in November said <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/brit-hume-biden-clearly-deteriorating-clearly-senile-might-not-finish-term">Biden was “clearly deteriorating” and “clearly senile.” </a></p>
<p>Hume made the comments after it was announced that Biden would be running for a second term. The senior political analyst didn’t buy it, calling the proclamation “political.”</p>
<p>“I don’t think it’s at all clear that he intends to run again, but I do think as a political matter, you have to say that,” Hume said on “Special Report,” Mediaite <a href="https://www.mediaite.com/tv/fox-news-brit-hume-doesnt-think-biden-will-serve-full-term-in-office-hes-clearly-deteriorating-and-senile/">reported</a>.</p>
<p>If Biden were to admit he’s not running again, he becomes a lame duck, “and lame duck presidents don’t do well,” Hume noted.</p>
<p>Expanding on the matter, Hume said Biden wouldn’t “be in any condition” to run again, anyway, and called into question Biden’s ability to even finish this term.</p>
<p>“In fact, I think the thing we have to watch is the question of whether he serves out his first term,” Hume said of the president. “He’s clearly deteriorating, he’s clearly senile, and his health is — despite his doctor’s claims to the contrary — you know, when you’re falling downstairs and so on, as he did climbing the stairs to Air Force One, that’s worrisome.”</p>
