“Yellowstone” stars admitted that they’re in the dark as to the future of Kevin Costner on the hit show – and they confirmed that the actors haven’t even started filming for the rest of season 5, which is due out this summer.

Three fellow cast members of the popular Paramount show appeared at 2023 Paleyfest in Los Angeles over the weekend and shared that they have no information as to rumors regarding Costner possibly leaving the show due to scheduling conflicts, US Weekly reported.

Actress Wendy Moniz, who plays Senator Lynelle Perry, shared during her appearance at Paleyfest that she had no information as to the actor’s future, calling the “Dances With Wolves” star “very collaborative, really professional. And just a pleasure.”

“I don’t know,” Moniz said. “I have no news to report about it. We’re all just, you know, finding out what everyone else is finding out as it’s going.”

“I’m along for this ride for as long as it goes,” she added. “That’s what I can tell you. It’s just been a dream job.”

A newcomer to the show, Dawn Olivieri, said that she just didn’t know about the rumors regarding Costner either.

“I hope in my heart I get to work with [Costner] before whatever happens, happens,” Olivieri said. “I don’t know what’s gonna happen. We don’t know. But I do hope I get at least one moment to be opposite that great legend of a man.”

Mo Brings Plenty also told the outlet that he has no answers as to what is going on with Costner and regarding filming for the show’s expected return this summer.

“I don’t even know what’s going on and I just stay in my own lane,” Plenty said. “I have a great deal of respect for Kevin and who he is and what he does and everyone else. And so I just mind my own business.”

Paramount executive Keith Cox told the hundreds of fans gathered at a panel at PaleyFest that the network is “confident” the 68-year-old actor is going to continue with their show, as previously reported.

“What I can say is our star, the face of our show and the executive producer, [we] are very confident he’s going to continue with our show,” Cox told the crowd at the Dolby Theatre.
