Yale Snowflakes Are On A ‘Symbolic’ Hunger Strike. College Republicans Just Trolled Them In The Best Way.

On Tuesday, Yale University graduate students from Local 33 began a “hunger strike” as an attempt to force the university to enter into collective bargaining with them. But there was one hilarious catch — those involved in the hunger strike can apparently eat when they’re hungry.

“When one of us cannot continue, come take our place,” reads a pamphlet on the “hunger strike.”

Yup, you can simply tap out when your tummy rumbles! (Think of it as a symbolic hunger strike. #Brave)

In response to the faux courage of the privileged Yale graduates, the Yale College Republicans held a cookout right next to the fasting location.

Well done, Republicans. Well done.

Those on the Left were less amused than your average conservative, crying that this troll by the Republicans was “cruel” and “gross.”

Of course, their outrage just makes the troll all the more satisfying, perhaps as satisfying as the Big Mac the “hunger strikers” can down when hungry.

As noted by The Washington Free Beacon, the Yale students participating in the eat-when-hungry-hunger-strike “currently earn a stipend of $30,000 a year, receive free health care, and have their $40,000 tuition paid in full.”

Those poor youths.
