<p>White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt delivered a statement of &#8220;outrage&#8221; from President Donald Trump during Thursday&#8217;s press briefing, responding to the terror attack that had left two Israeli embassy staffers dead just hours earlier.</p>
<p>Elias Rodriguez, the suspect in the shooting deaths of Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim, allegedly chanted &#8220;Free, free Palestine&#8221; while he was being arrested — and Leavitt shared the president&#8217;s thoughts on the tragic situation.</p>

<p>&#8220;President Trump is saddened and outraged over the brutal murder of two Israeli Embassy staff here in Washington, D.C., last night,&#8221; Leavitt began. &#8220;Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim were a beautiful young couple. In fact, we learned that Yaron was planing to propose to Sarah next week in Jerusalem.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Yaron&#8217;s father Daniel spoke about the young couple&#8217;s devotion for one another this morning,&#8221; she continued. &#8220;He said, &#8216;They were in love, one for the other.&#8217; The Embassy told us they were like star couple at the Embassy. &#8216;I never expected something like this. He had his whole life before him.'&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;These words, especially every parent knows, are heart-wrenching,&#8221; Leavitt said. &#8220;The evil of antisemitism must be eradicated from our society &#8230; Everyone here at the White House is praying for the victims&#8217; friends and family during this unimaginable time.&#8221;</p>
<p>Leavitt also stated that she&#8217;d spoken to Attorney General Pam Bondi about the investigation earlier in the day, and that Bondi had promised that the perpetrator of the horrific crime would be prosecuted &#8220;to the fullest extent of the law.&#8221;</p>
