WATCH: ‘Good Morning America’ Promotes Child Drag Queen

Earlier this month, just three days after the Democrats took back the U.S. House in the midterms, ABC’s “Good Morning America” (GMA) promoted a child drag queen named Desmond Napoles, a 10-year-old prepubescent boy who dresses up as a woman.

Desmond identifies as a same-sex attracted “androgynous drag kid” who developed an affection for women’s clothing at age six. When his parents showed concern, a “therapist” told them to let Desmond simply “explore” himself. According to LifeSiteNews, he became a celebrity in the LGBT community after appearing in a music video by RuPaul and Jinkx in 2014.

In his appearance on “Good Morning America” earlier this month, Desmond, known onstage as “Desmond is Amazing,” got the royalty treatment by co-hosts Michael Strahan and Sara Haines, who celebrated him as a brave pioneer.

Desmond, wearing a blonde wig and makeup with a feminine white coat, strutted out onto the stage to cheering applause before segueing into a brief discussion on his love for trains and root beer. Later, several “iconic drag queens” were invited out to meet Desmond: Hedda Lettuce, Shannel, and Alyssa Edwards; all of whom praised the boy as “courageous,” “inspirational,” and “the future of drag.”

“It’s a tough world out there, and not everyone’s accepting of things, and some people have criticized you. What do you say to them?” co-host Sara Haines asked Desmond.

“It’s fine,” Desmond replied.

As noted by LifeSiteNews, conservatives have never attacked Desmond personally; only his media cheerleaders encouraging his parents to support his behavior. Mommy blogger Elizabeth Johnston said it best when she blasted the GMA interview as a creepy sexualization of a child.

“Drag queens are, and always have been, typical features of adult entertainment venues, and the culture surrounding drag performing is shrouded with overt sexuality,” she wrote. “All cross-dressing aside, drag culture is nothing children should be integrated into, but clearly, those in the entertainment industry think it’s ‘cute’ to see a little boy take on the gender-bending characteristics of men who typically appear on the stages of strip clubs and bars.”

“This is absolutely not OK,” she added.

Homosexual writer Chad Felix Greene has offered a similar argument, blasting the LGBT movement’s adoption of Desmond as “exploitation.”

“The boy is emulating an adult woman being sexually provocative,” wrote Greene, adding that it “steal(s) the child’s innocence and impose(s) an adult identity onto him, all to validate their own insecurities.”

“The LGBT world will never be able to fully appreciate the damage being done to a generation of children pushed to grow up faster,” cautioned Greene. “Early sexual activity and expression can be devastating to young people, especially LGBT youth. High rates of drug abuse, sexual abuse, and risky sexual behavior are common. HIV rates are extremely high for gay and bisexual young men aged 13 to 24. Nearly 40 percent of homeless youth identify as LGBT, with higher risks of drug use and sex work.”

Of course, Desmond is only the tip of iceberg when it comes to the LGBT movement’s exploitation of children. Unlike other children, Desmond at least has retained his biological sex and has avoided hormone therapy.
