“Jesus is very popular these days. I’m so glad.”
Those are the words of Kathie Lee Gifford on Thursday. She and Today co-host Hoda Kotb had just shown a video sweeping up clicks on YouTube.
The video, titled “Dani and Dannah call Jesus,” has been viewed more than 75,000 times — but look for that number to soar now that Gifford and Kotb have given it some air time.
The girls are six- and seven-year-old sisters, according to their website. “Dani and Dannah Lockett are adorable and hilariously precocious sisters who have Mississippi ties but now live in Atlanta.”
“There’s a lot of things going on in the world. Here’s some advice — call Jesus!” Dani (or Dannah, we don’t know which), says in the new video. The girls go on to list a lot of woes — including “If you’re boyfriend breaks up with you,” and offer some simple words of advice.
