<p>U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers have been ordered to broaden the &#8220;single largest Mass Deportation Operation&#8221; in U.S. history, targeting &#8220;crime-ridden and dangerous&#8221; areas in large Democrat-led cities, President Donald Trump declared on Sunday.</p>
<p>Trump made the announcement in a <a href="https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/114690267066155731" target="_blank" rel="noopener">post</a> on Truth Social after <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-signals-changes-are-coming-to-immigration-enforcement-as-farmers-businesses-complain" target="_blank" rel="noopener">teasing</a> a few days ago that he would ease up on farmers, hotels, and leisure businesses who say they have been hurt by his administration&#8217;s immigration crackdown across the country.</p>
<p>&#8220;In order to achieve this, we must expand efforts to detain and deport Illegal Aliens in America’s largest Cities, such as Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where Millions upon Millions of Illegal Aliens reside,&#8221; the president said.</p>
<p>He added: &#8220;These, and other such Cities, are the core of the Democrat Power Center, where they use Illegal Aliens to expand their Voter Base, cheat in Elections, and grow the Welfare State, robbing good paying Jobs and Benefits from Hardworking American Citizens.&#8221;</p>
<p>The order follows Trump <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-signals-changes-are-coming-to-immigration-enforcement-as-farmers-businesses-complain" target="_blank" rel="noopener">suggesting</a> last week there would be a policy change because farmers as well as people in the hotel and leisure industries were raising concerns about losing good and longtime workers to immigration enforcement, only for illegal criminals to apply for the jobs.</p>
<p>His comments sparked blowback, including from Daily Wire host Matt Walsh, who <a href="https://x.com/MattWalshBlog/status/1933168224507662529" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a>: &#8220;Employers who knowingly rely on illegal immigrant labor should be in prison. Instead we’re going to back off of immigration enforcement for their sake? Hell no. We can’t tolerate this.&#8221;</p>
<p>In recent weeks, ICE has ramped up operations around Los Angeles, leading to protests and riots. Trump called in the National Guard and U.S. Marines, claiming Democrat leaders failed to contain the unrest. They, in turn, insist the president escalated the situation with the deployments.</p>
<p>Trump said on Sunday that the American people want their cities, schools, and communities to be &#8220;SAFE and FREE from Illegal Alien Crime, Conflict, and Chaos,&#8221; and the present contended that&#8217;s why he directed his administration to &#8220;reverse the tide of Mass Destruction Migration.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Our Federal Government will continue to be focused on the REMIGRATION of Aliens to the places from where they came, and preventing the admission of ANYONE who undermines the domestic tranquility of the United States,&#8221; Trump asserted.</p>
