<p>WASHINGTON—President Donald Trump promised Sunday that his administration is “very strongly” examining the string of transgender violence throughout the United States.</p>
<p>The president spoke with reporters aboard Air Force One late in the day as he traveled home from a memorial service for Charlie Kirk. Approximately 90,000 people attended the memorial at State Farm Stadium in Arizona, including many members of the president’s administration, who eulogized their murdered friend with emotion and called for Americans to follow Jesus Christ throughout the five-hour service.</p>
<p>Aboard Air Force One on the way home, Trump joined the press at the back of the plane to take questions. The Daily Wire pointed out to the president that Kirk’s alleged killer lived with his trans-identifying roommate and lover, that the horrific Annunciation Catholic School shooting was committed by a trans-identifying killer, and that the Covenant School shooting was committed by a trans-identifying killer, among other recent examples.</p>
<p>While he stressed that his administration is looking into the matter, Trump noted that he can’t make a definitive statement on the topic yet.</p>
<p>“You know, we’re looking at that,” the president responded gravely, asking, “What’s the reason for it?”</p>
<p>“Yeah, there seems to be something,” he reflected. “But we’re looking at it very strongly. Something seems to be going on.”</p>

<p>Court documents <a href="http://dailywire.com/news/exclusive-attempted-kavanaugh-assassin-identifies-as-transgender-woman-legal-filings-show">first obtained</a> by The Daily Wire show that the man who attempted to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh identifies as a transgender woman and was deeply mentally ill and suicidal. A footnote in the filing from Nicholas Roske’s defense attorneys, obtained exclusively by The Daily Wire, states that the defense will not use Roske’s legal name “out of respect” for the would-be assassin.</p>

<p>“It&#8217;s too bad,” he said, “It&#8217;s a very sad thing going on with that and I&#8217;ll have to take a look at it.”</p>
<p>“We have to protect our Supreme Court justices,” the president said. “Justice Kavanaugh is a great guy, I mean, it’s horrible. He’s been through a lot with this. All of them have, in a way, [President Joe Biden’s administration] didn’t give them proper protection.”</p>
<p>The president emphasized that his administration is determined to protect the justices, saying, “We have to protect the Supreme Court, we have to.”</p>
<p>During Monday’s press briefing at the White House, Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt similarly told The Daily Wire that transgender violence is “definitely something worth looking into.”</p>
<p>“I think anyone who denies that at this point is being willfully ignorant,” Leavitt argued. “And the administration is taking it seriously, all causes of violence and why these people would be driven to such evil and such hatred. And there [are] probably many answers to that question, but the administration is really focused on all of them.”</p>

<p>The White House press secretary said for individual investigations and cases, the FBI and Justice Department “are leading those.”</p>
<p>“But as for this overall violence and domestic terrorism that we’re seeing, the White House and the President’s policy team will be leading the charge,” she added. “And that really begins with designating Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization. And I can assure you there will be additional actions to come.”</p>
