Trump Denies Civil Lawsuit Alleging He Raped A 13-Year-Old Girl

Radar Online reports that a woman in California, “identified” as Katie Johnson, filed a $100 million lawsuit against Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump on April 26, accusing the real estate mogul of raping her when she was just 13 years old.

Trump’s team adamantly denied the accusation, suspecting the claim is possibly a hoax since there is allegedly “no evidence” the plaintiff “actually exists.” Trump has called the allegation “disgusting at the highest level” and likely “politically motivated.”

Johnson “claims Trump raped her when she was 13-years-old and forced her to engage in sex acts by threatening to harm her and her family,” notes The Independent UK. “She claims the alleged abuse took place over a four-month period at underage sex parties held in New York City in 1994.”

Adding an odd Bill Clinton connection, Radar notes that “billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein” was also accused of sexual misconduct and threats.

Trump has since blasted the civil lawsuit, as Radar Online reported: “The allegations are not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, perhaps, are simply politically motivated,” said the Manhattan socialite. “There is absolutely no merit to these allegations. Period.”

An attorney for Trump, Alan Garten, explained that Johnson has never occupied the listed address in the legal documents. “There is no indication or record that that person’ named as the lawsuit plaintiff ‘ever resided there. So we believe it is a false address,” he said. “There is no record that the phone number is tied to the person who has made these allegations.”

Moreover, neighbors surrounding the listed address have claimed that residence “has been unoccupied for a year,” notes to The Independent UK.

“The allegations are not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, more likely, are politically motivated,” said Ian Garten, a lawyer representing Trump to The Independent UK.

“She claims the alleged abuse took place over a four-month period at underage sex parties held in New York City in 1994.”

“To be clear, there is absolutely no merit to these claims and, based on our investigation, no evidence that the person who has made these allegations actually exists,” added Garten.

Per the online legal documents, the plaintiff appears to have no legal counsel.
