Identifying as a female won’t get biological males out of registering for the military draft, even under the pro-trans Biden administration.
The Selective Service policy requires all males between the ages of 18 and 25 to register and explicitly includes trans women. The policy predates the Biden administration, but it has not changed, according to American Military News.
“U.S. citizens or immigrants who are born male and have changed their gender to female [must register],” it states.
In another twist, biological females who identify as males are not required to register.
The policy was revealed after the Selective Service’s official Twitter account posted a public service announcement reminding people to register.
Trans women (also known as men) will be forced to sign up for the draft.
Looks like Joe Biden has just officially confirmed what a woman is and what a woman isn't.

“Parents, if your son is an only son and the last male in your family to carry the family name, he is still required to register with SSS,” the announcement urged, directing people to the registration site.
Twitter users mocked the announcement, saying their sons will avoid the requirement by embracing the transgender craze.
“My son’s a girl now so we good,” one wrote.
“For the purpose of SSS my son will identify as a girl starting with his 18th birthday. Checkmate fascist,” tweeted another.
That prompted American Military News to determine the current status of the registration policy.
The Biden administration last year expressed support including women in the draft, even as the House and Senate Armed Services Committee leaders struck a provision that would have done so from the National Defense Authorization Act.
“Our military has welcomed women for decades and is stronger for it,” said Sen. Tom Cotton, R-AR., who was a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army and saw action in Iraq and Afghanistan while on active duty from 2005-2009. “But America’s daughters should never be drafted against their will.”
Last month, U.S. Army Major Jamie Lee Henry, the Army’s highest-ranking trans woman, was indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly trying to leak medical information on U.S. Military members to the Russian government.
As a doctor at Fort Bragg, Jamie Lee Henry, who identifies as a transgender woman, had a secret security clearance, and used the access to try to help Russia, according to the indictment.
