<p style="font-weight: 400;">According to a new <a href="https://freebeacon.com/media/associated-press-coverage-of-courts-climate-bankrolled-by-dozens-of-left-wing-foundations/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">report</a>, the Associated Press, which has been <a href="https://www.allsides.com/news-source/associated-press-media-bias" target="_blank" rel="noopener">accused</a> of having a leftist bias, is working with leftist organizations aplenty, including the <a href="//37D2D2DA-2B0B-4635-A802-B8F6524C6BBB/v" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ida B. Wells Society</a>, founded by &#8220;1619 Project&#8221; creator Nikole Hannah-Jones.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">The AP&#8217;s global investigations editor, Ron Nixon, is a member of the Ida B. Wells Society&#8217;s board of directors.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Others working with AP <a href="https://www.ap.org/press-releases/2022/ap-announces-sweeping-democracy-journalism-initiative" target="_blank" rel="noopener">include</a> the Lilly Endowment Inc., Jonathan Logan Family Foundation, William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and Charles Stewart Mott Foundation.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">The Jonathan Logan Family Foundation states that it “supports organizations that advance social justice” and <a href="https://jonathanloganfamilyfoundation.org/democracy-initiative/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">funds</a> <a href="https://www.axios.com/2022/03/12/the-stacey-abrams-blueprint" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Stacey Abrams&#8217;</a> New Georgia Project as well as Take Back the Court, a group which <a href="https://www.takebackthecourtfoundation.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">states</a>, “to restore the right to vote, ensure reproductive freedom, protect workers, halt our climate emergency, and save democracy, Congress must add seats to the U.S. Supreme Court.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation funds Planned Parenthood as well as Advocates For Youth. Catholic Vote <a href="https://catholicvote.org/8-groups-pushing-gender-ideology-in-american-schools/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a> of Advocates for Youth:</p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>The innocuously-named non-profit developed an equally harmlessly-titled <a href="https://www.3rs.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">curriculum</a> entitled “Rights, Respect, Responsibility” (3Rs).  &#8230;  Concepts 3Rs teach kindergarteners include “<a href="https://www.advocatesforyouth.org/wp-content/uploads/3rscurric/documents/0K-Lesson-1-3Rs-DifferentKindsofFamilies.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">same gender parents</a>,”  the notion that boys “can have” female body parts, and vice-versa. <a href="https://www.3rs.org/3rs-curric-search/?_sft_grade=kindergarten" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Lesson 2</a> of the kindergarten curriculum states, “Most people have a vulva or a penis but some people’s bodies can be different.” </em></p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;">The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation said the recent Supreme Court decision to overturn affirmative action “impedes colleges and universities from selecting their own student bodies and fully addressing systemic racial inequalities that persist.&#8221;</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Richard W. Hoover, a retired Foreign Service officer, <a href="https://www.nvdaily.com/nvdaily/commentary-associated-press-is-biased/article_07360417-0bb7-53c5-aa6b-67e5fb32f9b2.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">noted</a> in June, “Both the AP’s Trump coverage and the lack of Biden family coverage have been amply reflected by the Northern Virginia Daily’s May-June output. While Trump’s difficulties are headlined (fair enough), nothing has been reported about the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability’s investigations into alleged Biden family bribes taken from the likes of China, the Ukraine, Romania and Russia.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">In 2020, AP <a href="//37D2D2DA-2B0B-4635-A802-B8F6524C6BBB/v" target="_blank" rel="noopener">urged</a> journalists to stop calling the Black Lives Matter destructive events  “riots” and to use the more neutral term “protests.” Journalists calling the pillaging “looting” was described as “racist.”</p>
