<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Actor and former governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger slammed the violent mobs rioting across the U.S. during his Thursday appearance on “The View,” criticizing illegal aliens for not acting as “guests.”</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“I am so proud and happy that I was embraced by the American people,” Schwarzenegger replied.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Schwarzenegger then announced that he will deliver a speech at Mount Vernon to celebrate the 250th birthday of America, where some immigrants will be sworn in as U.S. citizens, and that he is excited to celebrate the benefits of immigration.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“The key thing also is, at the same time, that you’ve got to do things [legally],” he clarified. “That is the important thing. Those people that are doing illegal things in America — and they’re the foreigners — they are not smart.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As he spoke, multiple hosts attempted to interrupt him, with Sunny Hostin even placing her hand on Schwarzenegger’s arm as though she wanted him to stop speaking.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“When you come to America, you’re a guest and you have to behave like a guest,” Schwarzenegger stated. “Like, when I go to someone’s house and I’m a guest, I will do everything I can to keep things clean and to make my bed and to do everything that is the right thing to do rather than committing a crime or being abusive or something like that.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Schwarzenegger has criticized the Trump administration and previously endorsed Kamala Harris’ presidential run, remaining one of the few Republicans to oppose Donald Trump. However, his rhetoric on “The View” conflicts with mainstream leftist views on the immigration crisis.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“The important thing is, when you become an immigrant, to think about — okay, I go to America because I want to use America for the great opportunities that America has in education, in jobs, [and in] creating a family. … Then you have to think about — okay, if I get all of those things from America, then I have to give something back. You have a responsibility as an immigrant to give back to America and to pay back America and to go and do something for your community for no money whatsoever. … Make this country a better place.” </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The hosts attempted to interrupt, but could not be heard after the audience erupted into applause. </span></p>

Arnold Schwarzenegger Slams Anti-ICE Rioters: ‘They Are Not Smart’

<p>On a 2017 visit to Denver, Lisa and Dave Buddecke had their first meal in a food hall. They left marveling at the experience, which was foreign to their community in Twin Falls, Idaho, and dreaming about how one would be received.</p>
<p>Their dreams were made a reality when they realized that an old building that was smack dab in the middle of an Opportunity Zone, making it eligible for a policy created in the 2017 tax policy passed by Republicans in President Donald Trump’s first year in office. At the time, the concept was foreign to her, but while she was researching the policy, she pulled up a map of Twin Falls and discovered that the old Salvation Army building she and Dave were considering buying was in the middle of an Opportunity Zone.</p>
<p>Soon, “2nd South Market” was open for business.</p>
<p>The Buddecke family’s creation is showcased in the <a href="https://www.iwfeatures.com/documentary/how-tax-cuts-turned-a-forgotten-building-into-a-beacon-of-economic-opportunity/">latest documentary</a> from IW Features, which argues that the tax law is to thank for revitalizing this building and supercharging the local economy.</p>
<p>“Opportunity Zones allow investors to defer capital gains taxes by reinvesting in designated low-income areas.” IW Features wrote along with the latest episode of <em>Earn More, Pay Less: How America Grew Under the Trump Tax Cuts</em>. “But the best benefits only kick in if you genuinely commit to the community: the longer you stay, the bigger the benefits. By year 10 of an Opportunity Zone investment, capital gains taxes drop to zero.”</p>

<p>When they bought the building, which was first built in 1926, the Buddecke’s decided to lean into its age-old history by reusing wood and turning historical findings into decorations. Soon, “2nd South Market” was open for business.</p>
<p>The Buddeckes did not want to sign on larger names, instead opting to celebrate local businesses and provide opportunities for their community. One of the vendors, called Fuji Express, is run by a Burmese immigrant named Chan Chan, who was able to buy his first home in the United States as a result of the food hall.</p>
<p>“Our goal was to have a different vendor that would bring a different concept to the food hall,” Buddecke said. “So, having a barbeque, having pizza, having coffee, having dessert, having Asian food, and then a bar.”</p>
<p>“These businesses, like Fuji Express, he doesn&#8217;t have to go out and buy his own building,” Buddecke told IW Features. “He doesn&#8217;t have to pay all the brick and mortar to run his own place. He wouldn&#8217;t have been able to do that from a cost standpoint.”</p>
<p>Thanks to President Trump’s 2017 legislation — which, in addition to Opportunity Zones, provided tax cuts, expanded the standard deduction, and doubled the child tax credit — the Buddecke’s were able to offer these opportunities for their local vendors.</p>
<p>The documentary’s Monday release is strategically timed to the fight over Trump’s signature “One Big, Beautiful Bill Act.” It would enshirine the provisions of the 2017 legislation that are set to expire in 2026, including Opportunity Zones.</p>
<p>Buddecke says the passage of the Bill would greatly benefit individuals and small businesses, as the 2017 legislation has already caused over $100 billion to be invested in Opportunity Zones nationwide.</p>
<p>“The fact that we can hire local business folks so that they can grow their business, they can hire people, they can add more to the success of their family — that’s really our greatest joy,” Buddecke said.</p>

How Idaho’s Hottest Food Hall Was Born Out Of Trump Tax Cuts

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) stumped Governor Tim Walz (D-MN) at Thursday’s House Oversight Committee hearing when she asked him if he knows what a woman is.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The question came after a short discussion about whether or not Walz had ever been to Tiananmen Square, a plaza in Beijing where protestors were massacred in 1989. After Walz confirmed he’d once been to the Square, Mace asked for the year he was there.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“As I recall, January of 1990,” Walz replied.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Okay. What is a woman?” Mace suddenly asked.</span></p>

<p>The question posed by Mace has regularly stumped Democrats and was asked by Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) to Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson in 2022. At that time, Jackson replied that she could not provide a definition for the word &#8220;woman&#8221; because she&#8217;s &#8220;not a biologist.&#8221; Daily Wire podcast host Matt Walsh later released a documentary titled &#8220;<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/videos/what-is-a-woman?row=0&amp;elementPosition=2&amp;rowType=Square+Show+Carousel" target="_blank" rel="noopener">What is a Woman?</a>,&#8221; which sought to answer the obvious question and expose the dark roots of gender ideology.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Walz came under scrutiny after Kamala Harris chose him as her presidential running mate for a Minnesota </span><a href="https://www.revisor.mn.gov/bills/text.php?number=HF2497&amp;session_year=2023&amp;session_number=0&amp;version=latest#:~:text=ACCESS%20TO%20MENSTRUAL%20PRODUCTS."><span style="font-weight: 400;">law</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> requiring schools to provide free tampons to “all menstruating students.” The law did not distinguish between girls and boys, earning Walz the nickname “Tampon Tim.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">After Walz refused to answer Mace’s question, he asked, “What would you like me to say?”</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Men can’t become women!” she stated. “You guys are the party of violence and you’re the party erasing women. You don’t respect us! You’re a bigot, you’re a misogynist, you’re a sexist.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">She then turned to the chairman and yielded the floor.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Before this, Mace fired off multiple other questions, including one in which she asked whether or not Walz is “still friends with school shooters,” seemingly in an attempt to expose his ineptitude.</span></p>

Tim Walz Sidesteps ‘What Is A Woman?’ Query: ‘I’m Not Sure I Understand The Question’

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A Los Angeles school worker took to social media to tearfully spout rumors of an ICE raid at a nearby fifth-grade graduation ceremony. These rumors were proven completely false.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In his original post, the school worker, who goes by &#8220;Mr. Howie&#8221; on Instagram, claimed the Gratts Learning Academy for Young Scholars was hosting its graduation ceremony, when “all of a sudden, a bunch of parents have to run out because [ICE] is there.”</span></p>

Viral Video Claiming ICE Raided A Fifth-Grade Graduation Proven To Be ‘Outright Lie’

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As anti-ICE rioters began to swarm Los Angeles on Friday, former PragerU personality-turned-independent-journalist Aldo Buttazzoni was right there to greet them.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Buttazzoni captured the escalating situation with photos and video footage, dedicated to painting a more accurate picture of the riots than he knew the mainstream media would. He documented the activity on his X </span><a href="https://x.com/AldoButtazzoni"><span style="font-weight: 400;">feed</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">, where hundreds of users have shared his photos, including tech titan Elon Musk.</span></p>

Many hardline Democrats sided with the protestors, with Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass saying she was “deeply angered” by the ICE raids.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On Saturday, Buttazzoni spent the entire day in Paramount, which is on the border of Compton, and said that was the first day the rioting started.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“We have good gear, so I personally don’t feel like I’m in imminent danger, but it is scary,” he admitted. “It’s definitely jarring when there’s explosions going off next to your ear. [As] a public figure, the most dangerous and scariest part is having your face out there. On Friday, before things even got really bad, I was surrounded by a mob of protestors and assaulted.”</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“[Saturday was] when I really saw the damage. The street was damaged, dumpster fires, empty lots caught on fire, graffiti, vandalism. … I would say the mile-radius of immediate damage was Hill Street to Temple to Central Avenue. It was relatively small, but that doesn’t discount the amount of damage they were able to do in such a small area.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Buttazzoni said personal politics should not matter in situations where the law must be enforced, especially when violence is involved.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“President Trump is not taking over. He’s doing the bare minimum job that the citizens elect people to do, which is to keep their cities safe. … On Sunday, I witnessed rioters tearing up sidewalks and hurling twenty to thirty pound rocks off an overpass while shouting, ‘Aim for the heads, aim for the heads!’ That’s all that needs to be said. There was violent intent, not just violent outcomes.”</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Despite having documented multiple protests and riots, Buttazzoni said these are the worst he’s ever seen and that the rioters&#8217; brazenness is the most disturbing part of it.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“The protests and the riots I’ve been to, there’s always a sense of fear. Or, at least, there’s a sense that people are on alert that they’re going to get caught. On Sunday, I don’t think I’ve ever seen protestors act with such impunity and such confidence that law enforcement was going to do nothing — or could do nothing.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) has come under fire for his mishandling of the riots, yet refuses to take responsibility, blaming President Donald Trump for escalating the situation by sending in the National Guard.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Buttazzoni disagrees, saying the National Guard “absolutely needed to come in.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“I want to stress this — yesterday was the least violent of all of the three days, and I think a big reason for that was because the National Guard was deployed. They were stationed at the Federal Building very early on in the day, and what we saw throughout the day was a significantly increased presence of LAPD on the street.”</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">According to Buttazzoni, on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, LAPD presence on the street lasted only until nightfall because they did not have the manpower to protect the federal buildings at the same time. He said that when the National Guard came in, LAPD made more arrests than the prior three days combined.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“They corralled a big group of rioters. Maybe 150 people were in that group. I was detained, but that large scale arrest was the first I had seen of the last four days.”</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“When you’re the governor of a state and the downtown area is being destroyed — people are losing businesses and people are getting injured and the taxpayer is going to have to foot the bill for this. So, for them to not do their job and then get upset at a person higher than them saying they’re going to do their job for them … it’s ridiculous.”</span></p>
