On Tuesday, actor Ron Perlman bragged about once urinating on his own hand before shaking hands with alleged rapist, Democratic mega-donor Harvey Weinstein.
“Did I ever tell ya about when Harvey Weinstein told me to make sure I shook his hand at a charity event, so I stopped in the mens [sic] room and pissed all over my hand, then went straight up to him on the receiving line?” he posted, via Twitter.
In classic Perlman fashion, he added a shot at President Donald Trump, who apparently lives rent-free in his mind. “I think about that every time lil donnie opens up his KFC,” he wrote, referencing Trump.
Well, Perlman sure sounds tough and all, but there is something troubling about this tweet. Weinstein, as all reports indicate, is a monster. No one is too concerned about the bizarre Perlman pee-hand incident, per se. But if Perlman knew information about the producer, as he seemingly did, why on earth didn’t he say something about it?
Daily Wire Editor-in-Chief Ben Shapiro ever so kindly pointed this out to Perlman:
“Instead of pissing on your own hand, you could have, you know, told someone what you knew about Weinstein,” wrote Shapiro, via Twitter.
Perlman has yet to respond to Shapiro — shockingly!
As noted by People magazine, Weinstein, earlier this month, “pled not guilty to multiple sexual assault charges — including rape — brought against him in New York City. … He was indicted in late May on charges of rape in the first and third degree as well as criminal sexual acts in the first degree. Weinstein was arrested on May 25 on those same counts and released on bail.”
