On Thursday, Israeli police officers arrested a 19-year-old Jewish man with dual Israeli-American citizenship as the main suspect in the recent wave of bomb threats levied against Jewish community centers and other Jewish targets in the United States.
That’s correct, the suspect is not an illiterate Make America Great Again hat-sporting bigot as the mainstream media might have had you thinking. Instead, according to Israeli police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld, the suspect is a hacker with thus far unknown motives who was declared unfit for Israeli military service.
“He’s the guy who was behind the JCC threats,” said Rosenfeld.
Since January 9, the Anti-Defamation League has accounted for 120 bomb threats leveled against U.S.-based Jewish community centers and schools. Additionally, acts of vandalism, such as the overturning of Jewish headstones, were also committed (which have not been connected with the suspect in anyway).
Naturally, Democrats and the Democrats in the mainstream media created a narrative which associated the wave of anti-Semitism to President Donald Trump. The White House condemned the threats and Trump explicitly denounced them during his address to a joint session.
According to The Associated Press, Rosenfeld says the suspect is from southern Israel and “used advanced technologies to mask the origin of his calls and communications to synagogues, community buildings and public venues. He said police searched his house Thursday morning and discovered antennas and satellite equipment.”
“He didn’t use regular phone lines. He used different computer systems so he couldn’t be backtracked,” added Rosenfeld.
The suspect has also been linked to threats in New Zealand and Australia. The AP reports:
Rosenfeld said the suspect allegedly placed dozens of threatening phone calls to public venues, synagogues and community buildings in the U.S., New Zealand and Australia. He also placed a threat to Delta Airlines, causing a flight in February 2015 to make an emergency landing.
