The pro-life movement, via powerful rhetorical and legislative measures, has effectively targeted the abortion market, working to get as many death clinics shut down as possible. As a result, America’s biggest abortion mill, Planned Parenthood, has been unable to kill as many babies as they’d like; clinics are closing — seven states are down to just one abortion clinic — and the threat to fully de-fund the corrupt death mill is looming.
So, now, Planned Parenthood is looking to supplement, diversifying in the transgender hormone therapy market. Of course, it makes perfect sense that an entity responsible for over 300,000 dead babies a year would “diversify” their market by targeting another vulnerable group, those who suffer from gender dysphoria.
In a report released on Sunday, Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards announced, “We’re expanding access to care — from pioneering research on self-injectable birth control to offering new services for our transgender patients.”
“Planned Parenthood has focused on expanding services to people who are too often overlooked by the larger medical community — including trans patients,” the report noted.
There are a total of 17 Planned Parenthood clinics that provide the transgender hormone therapy, says the report.
While Planned Parenthood is hurting in all departments, and is seeing fewer clients, they are still bringing in a ton of money. “This means that Planned Parenthood is somehow making more money with fewer patients,” said Randy O’Bannon, a director on the National Right to Life Committee.
As noted by Times, the abortion mill is staying flush with cash via fundraising: “In 2017, the national office and regional affiliates raised $532.7 million in private contributions and bequests, up 19 percent from the $445.8 million raised in 2016.”
As many in the pro-life movement have argued, this massive fundraising is all the more reason to strip the abortion mill of the half-a-billion tax dollars it receives annually.
