<p><a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/pete-davidson">Pete Davidson</a> is reportedly in trauma therapy over taunts from <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/kanye-west">Kanye West</a>, who was married to <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/kim-kardashian">Kim Kardashian</a> for nearly seven years before she hooked up with the &#8220;Saturday Night Live&#8221; alum.</p>
<p>West and Davidson have traded words both publicly and privately since Kardashian and the comedian were publicly linked. Most recently, West <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/dead-at-age-28-kanye-west-mocks-pete-davidson-over-kim-kardashian-breakup">celebrated</a> the couple&#8217;s demise in a post that said, &#8220;Skete Davidson Dead At Age 28&#8221; — referring to the nickname the recording artist gave his foe.</p>
<p id="article-subheading_1-0" class="comp type--dog article-subheading">&#8220;The attention and negativity coming from Kanye and his antics is a trigger for [Davidson] and he&#8217;s had to seek out help,&#8221; a source <a href="https://people.com/tv/pete-davidson-in-trauma-therapy-due-to-kanye-west-social-media-attacks-source/">told</a> People magazine.</p>
<p id="mntl-sc-block_1-0-2" class="comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html">Davidson &#8220;has been in trauma therapy&#8221; since April, &#8220;in large part&#8221; due to his beef with West, the source said.</p>
<p id="mntl-sc-block_1-0-6" class="comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html">&#8220;The King of Staten Island&#8221; star, though, &#8220;has no regrets for dating Kim and wants it to be made very clear that she&#8217;s been nothing but supportive of him throughout their relationship,&#8221; the source added, noting that the 28-year-old &#8220;just wants to focus on his career.&#8221;</p>
<p>Page Six <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/kim-kardashian-and-pete-davidson-call-it-quits-report">reported</a> Friday that Davidson and Kardashian ended their romantic relationship after nine months.</p>
<p>“Kim and Pete have decided to just be friends,” a source close to Kardashian said. “They have a lot of love and respect for each other, but found that the long distance and their demanding schedules made it really difficult to maintain a relationship.”</p>
<p>Soon after the news broke, West <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/Cg_0KfkreCq/">shared</a> a fake photo of a New York Times headline <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/dead-at-age-28-kanye-west-mocks-pete-davidson-over-kim-kardashian-breakup">declaring</a>, “Skete Davidson Dead At Age 28&#8243;.</p>
<p>Notably, text messages leaked in March appeared to show Davidson taunting West, allegedly from the bed of Kardashian.</p>
<p>“I’ve decided I’m not gonna let you treat us like this anymore and I’m done being quiet.” Davidson said in the text exchange to West. “Grow the f*** up.”</p>
<p>When West asked where Davidson was, the actor responded, “In bed with your wife.&#8221; He added a photo of himself in a bed with his tongue out and flashing a peace sign.</p>
<p>&#8220;Happy to see you&#8217;re out of the hospital and rehab,&#8221; West reacted.</p>
<p>“I’m in [Los Angeles] for the day if you wanna stop being a little internet b**** boy and talk… You don’t scare me bro. [Your] actions are so p**** and embarrassing. It’s so sad to watch you ruin your legacy on the daily,&#8221; Davidson later texted West.</p>
<p>&#8220;You&#8217;re more than welcome to come to Sunday Service,&#8221; West answered.</p>
