Pamela Anderson gave a somewhat surprising answer during an appearance on the Monday episode of Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast when she was asked about her thoughts on aging, saying that she can’t wait to see herself “old.”
The “Barb Wire” star said she’s looking forward to getting older and doesn’t plan to do any of that “crazy s***” to herself to keep a younger appearance.
“I never felt like I was any kind of great beauty, ever, no. Just a little funny-looking,” Anderson told Shepard. “I can’t wait to see myself old.”
“I always said I’d recognize myself when I was old in the mirror,” she added. “I want to let my hair go kind of natural gray, put my little straw hat on, don’t wear makeup. I mean, that’s my comfortable kind of state.”

“A lot of women that are, I think, these kind of — are these classic beauties have a really hard time with aging,” the “Baywatch” alum continued. “I don’t think it’s as hard for me and I don’t want to chase that and I don’t want to do all the crazy s*** to myself.”
The former “Playboy” bunny recently opened up about how “therapeutic” it’s been going through what she called the archives of her life for her upcoming book, “Love, Pamela,” and said it has given her strength to realize all that she has “survived,” as previously reported.
The Canadian actress shared in a post on Instagram that she “poured” her “heart into” her new memoir, which came out in January. In October, Anderson announced that pre-orders for her book had started as she explained that writing the book felt like “some kind of miracle.”
The Hollywood star has been married several times to well known celebrities like drummer of “Motley Crue” Tommy Lee and rockstar Kid Rock. She was also briefly wed to Rick Salomon (twice), Jon Peters, and Dan Hayhurst. She shares two sons with Lee.
