Hollywood star Pamela Anderson said it’s been “therapeutic” going through what she called the archives of her life for her upcoming book — and said it has given her strength to realize all that she has “survived.”

The 55-year-old Canadian actress/model shared on Instagram that she’s “poured” her “heart into” her new memoir — titled, “Love, Pamela” — that comes out in January.

“Most people’s lives go unrecorded, or worse, unlived,” Anderson shared in quotes. “It’s quite therapeutic going through the archives.”

“I’ve survived,” she added. “It’s almost like I lived my life to write about it.”

“I’ve poured my heart into my book — Love, Pamela — and I can’t wait for you all to read it,” the former “Baywatch” star continued.

It is unclear where the quote comes from, but the same message appeared on the images she shared in her post, so it may be safe to assume it is from the pages of her book — which is due to hit shelves January 31, 2023.

The former Playboy Bunny previously told People magazine that her memoir is a “raw, unpolished attempt — a very personal true account of my life, from my first memory to my last.”

“These are all my feelings, about my life — no ‘Woe is me,’ though some times were tough,” she added. “I made it through and had to find love in grace and dignity mixed with humor, acceptance, and forgiveness.”

In October, the “Barb Wire” star announced that pre-order for her book had started as she explained that writing this book feels like “some kind of miracle.”

“It feels like some kind of miracle — to be retracing the painful steps of my youth,” Anderson captioned her post. “I repainted scenes in detail if it were my childhood or at the Playboy mansion.”

“Just one girl’s messy life,” she added. “A celebration — of imperfections. The book is a unpolished attempt. I had no co writer. My life — as a mother, as an activist, and as an actress. I am so proud of this book.XO Pamela.”

Anderson has been married several times to well known celebrities like drummer of “Motley Crue” Tommy Lee and rockstar Kid Rock. She was also briefly wed to Rick Salomon (twice), Jon Peters, and Dan Hayhurst. She shares two sons with Lee.
