New footage that surfaced on Saturday showed that the military base of an Iranian-backed group inside of Iraq was completely destroyed by an airstrike last night.
The strike targeted the Popular Mobilization Force’s (PMF) Kalsu Base in the Babylon Governorate of Eastern Iraq. The PMF is a large Iraqi-state sponsored organization that is comprised of dozens of smaller militia and terrorist groups, many of which are backed by Iran.
U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) and international coalition forces both issued statements indicating that they were not involved in the airstrikes.
Israel also denied involvement in the strike that killed at least one and injured nearly a dozen more.
Iraq said that it did not detect any foreign objects in its airspace that could have launched the attack.
The U.S. and Israel both have advanced stealth jets that would be invisible to enemy radar.

The U.S. and Israel also both possess advanced missiles that have the ability to completely evade detection by enemy radar.
Israel used one of these missiles during a precision strike late this week on Iran that destroyed radar detection equipment for an air defense system responsible for guarding Iran’s nuclear facilities.
Videos posted online of the strike in Iraq showed flames coming from the base when a powerful explosion rocked the compound. It was unclear if the explosion was the direct result of military ordnance hitting the compound or if the explosion was caused by munitions inside the compound that exploded from the flames that broke out following the alleged initial strike.
