<p>Palestinian Authority&#8217;s unelected President Mahmoud Abbas rejected out-of-hand Kushner&#8217;s proposal to use $50 billion to build a peaceful Palestinian Authority. This is not a negotiating strategy, but a conscientious decision.</p>
