<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pop singer <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/celebrities" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Meghan Trainor</a> said she regrets a cosmetic procedure she had recently which has left her unable to smile properly.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The 30-year-old star discussed what happened during a recent episode of her “Workin’ On It” podcast, admitting she “got too much Botox.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“I messed up,” she added.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">&#8220;Someone convinced me with my little lips that if you did a lip flip, you put filler right above your upper lip, that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip. And I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living — it was not true,&#8221; she said.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">&#8220;I cannot smile anymore,&#8221; Trainor went on. &#8220;Everywhere I go, I cannot smile. My face hurts to smile, to even try.&#8221;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Trainor demonstrated her new look, saying, “This is as big as I can smile,” while addressing the camera.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">She then shared a photo of herself holding a dog at a shelter. <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Trainor said she wants to get &#8220;just a little lift,&#8221; and &#8220;maybe a little implant just so they&#8217;re like, ‘We are boobs,’ ‘cause right now, they are not.&#8221;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, a </span><a href="https://www.plasticsurgery.org/news/articles/lip-flips-may-have-been-trending-on-tiktok-but-is-it-the-right-choice-for-you"><span style="font-weight: 400;">lip flip</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> uses Botox “to relax a muscle in the upper lip, causing the lip to ‘flip’ and giving the appearance of a fuller upper lip. The procedure is different than getting lip fillers, which are injections directly into the lip, as opposed to above it.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The procedure is said to look more “natural” than traditional fillers.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Several celebrities have been forthcoming about their plastic surgery failures in the past. Last year, “Little House on the Prairie” actress Melissa Gilbert said she underwent cosmetic surgery that made her look like “the spawn of Satan.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“I had no facial expression, which is anathema considering what I do for a living,” Gilbert </span><a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/little-house-on-the-prairie-actress-talks-regrettable-cosmetic-procedures-became-the-spawn-of-satan"><span style="font-weight: 400;">said</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> at the time, adding, “It’s exhausting keeping up that kind of façade.
