<p><span class="body">The move has been hailed as a win for the &#8220;Make America Healthy Again&#8221; movement, since these practices <span class="css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3">enhance soil health and make synthetic chemicals and fertilizers far less necessary.</span></span></p>

<p><span class="body">McDonald’s, which is the largest fast food chain in the nation, is working with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and others to </span><span class="body">invest more than $200 million over the next seven years in regenerative grazing practices, habitat restoration, and water and wildlife conservation on cattle ranches spanning 4 million acres across up to 38 states, a press release from the company outlines.</span></p>
<p><span class="body">The investment, McDonald&#8217;s said, shows the company&#8217;s &#8220;continued commitment to responsible beef sourcing and stewardship of natural resources.&#8221;</span></p>
<p>Calley Means, an advisor to Kennedy, said on X, &#8220;McDonald’s invests $200 million to shift supply chain to more regenerative practices. Soil Health and regenerative practices are a true win-win between MAHA advocates and large companies. These moves should be celebrated.&#8221;</p>

<p>HHS has already witnessed a number of major food companies voluntarily make MAHA changes, such as <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/another-maha-win-kraft-heinz-to-nix-all-artificial-dyes-in-two-years">dropping synthetic food dyes</a>, or <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/tyson-foods-will-stop-using-high-fructose-corn-syrup-by-end-of-year">halting the use of high fructose corn syrup</a>.</p>
