Lisa Marie Presley’s daughter Riley Keough finally broke her silence more than a week after Elvis and Priscilla Presley’s only child died on January 12. She was 54.
The 33-year-old actress shared a black-and-white and throwback photo Friday on her Instagram, showing her as a young girl holding a huge bouquet of daisies while she looked up lovingly at her mom, Lisa Marie.
She didn’t say much in her post, other than using a heart emoji in the caption. It is unclear when the photo was taken.

Reading through the comments, a whole host of celebrities shared kind words and touching comments to the daughter who just lost her mom. The list included Kim Kardashian, Sara Sampaio, actor Taylor Lautner, and many more.
Actress Jenna Dewan wrote, “Sending you so much love,” with a bunch of heart emojis. While Nicole Richie shared simply, “I love you.”
Model and actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wrote to Keough, “Been thinking of you so much” with a heart emoji.
Priscilla confirmed Lisa Marie’s death on January 12, hours after she was rushed to a hospital, as previously reported.
“My beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” a statement from her mother read. “She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers. At this time there will be no further comment.”
A public memorial service is planned for January 22 at 9:00 am on the front lawn at Graceland.
Presley will be buried at Graceland next to her late son, Benjamin Keough, who died by suicide in 2020 at 27, according to a family spokesperson. Elvis, the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll, is also buried at Graceland, along with his parents and grandmother, People magazine noted.
Following her death, the property will go to Lisa Marie’s surviving children from her four marriages, Riley, whom she shared with ex-husband and musician Danny Keough, and the late star’s twin daughters Harper and Finley, from her marriage to ex-husband and guitarist Michael Lockwood.
“The mansion is in a trust that will go to the benefit of her [Presley’s] children,” a spokesperson for Graceland told WMC.
