Over the weekend, the beauty box company, which boasted more than <a href="https://www.fastcompany.com/3068822/beauty-subscriptions-are-a-tough-racket-but-ipsy-is-sitting-pretty">2.5 million</a> subscribers in 2017, got slapped with the label &#8220;transphobic&#8221; for putting out a video celebrating LGBT pride while tacitly acknowledging that transgender women may not actually be real women, a sentiment that both science and common sense hold to be true.
