<p>This announcement joins the laundry list of Pride-related shoutouts that no one asked for.</p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Perry proceeded to join the alien in doing a dance that appeared to be a mix of a forgotten &#8217;90s workout routine and a mating ritual from a lame bird of paradise.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In the video, the man in the alien costume jumped up into the air and proceeded to do an extended squat. He shook his legs and his butt in seizure-like contortions while swaying his hands and wrists in a circular fashion. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">He then feigned a melodramatic collapse on the floor, came back up to do off-brand Michael Jackson moonwalk step, then fell to the floor again.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The gaylien will reportedly be making appearances at Perry&#8217;s European summer festivals to celebrate pride.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Perry has been notorious for being supportive of gay rights, with her hit song “I Kissed a Girl” being famous for its depiction of a lesbian relationship.
