<p>Actor Johnny Depp suggested during testimony on Wednesday that his ex-wife, actress Amber Heard, tried to pin a fake bloody nose on him by using a tissue and nail polish.</p>
<p>Depp is suing Heard for more than $50 million for defamation he claims hurt his Hollywood career.</p>
<p>The &#8220;Pirates of the Caribbean&#8221; actor told the court Heard attacked him and then pretended it was Depp who had broken her nose, Fox News <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/live-news/johnny-depp-amber-heard-defamation-trial-court-case">detailed</a>.</p>
<p>&#8220;During the struggle, their heads connected, he said, but he never made contact with her face,&#8221; the report said. &#8220;She left the room and returned a few minutes later clutching a tissue to her nose that had a red substance on it. &#8216;Way to go, Johnny, you broke my nose,&#8217; he recalled her saying.&#8221;</p>
<p>A skeptical Depp said he went into the bathroom after their fight to retrieve the tissue that apparently had blood on it, but found the red substance to be nail polish.</p>
<p>“I pulled the Kleenex out of the trash bin, and I inspected it pretty closely and realized it was nail polish, nail varnish,&#8221; he told the court.</p>

<p>On the same day in court, audio revealed Heard admitting to “hitting” Depp and calling the actor a &#8220;f***ing baby.&#8221;</p>
<p>“I didn’t punch you, by the way,” Heard said in the provided audio. “I’m sorry that I didn’t hit you across the face in a proper slap. But, I was hitting you. It was not punching you.”</p>
<p>Depp is heard on the audio replying, “Don’t tell me what it feels like to be punched.”</p>
<p>“You’ve been in a lot of fights, you’ve been around a long time,” Heard said. “You didn’t get punched. You got hit. I’m sorry I hit you like this, but I did not punch you. I did not f***ing deck you. I f***ing was hitting you. I don’t know what the motion of my actual hand was.”</p>
<p>“But you’re fine,” the actress told Depp. “I did not hurt you, I did not punch you, I was hitting you.”</p>
<p>“I’m not sitting here b****ing about, am I? You are. That’s the difference between me and you. You’re a f***ing baby,” she added. “You are such a baby! Grow the f*** up, Johnny.”</p>
<p>“I did start a physical fight,” Heard admitted, before Depp explained why he had to get “the f*** out of there.”</p>
<p>“Yes, you did. You did the right thing, the big thing. You were admirable,” Heard responded.</p>
<p>Heard is countersuing Depp for $100 million in damages, accusing her ex’s legal team of making false claims about her.</p>
