<p>Actor Johnny Depp testified on Wednesday that his ex-wife, actress Amber Heard, left &#8220;human fecal matter&#8221; in their bed after an argument in April 2016.</p>
<p>Depp is suing Heard for more than $50 million for defamation he claims hurt his Hollywood career.</p>
<p>The &#8220;Pirates of the Caribbean&#8221; star recalled telling Heard that he wanted a divorce and decided to get his belongings from their place while she was at a music festival in California&#8217;s Coachella Valley. He was informed by security guard Sean Bett that it wasn&#8217;t a good time and shown a photo of the incident.</p>
<p>Heard allegedly told Depp that it was their dogs that created the mess, but the actor didn&#8217;t buy it. &#8220;They&#8217;re teacup Yorkies,&#8221; he testified, <a href="https://ew.com/celebrity/johnny-depp-testifies-feces-bed-amber-heard-defamation-trial/">according</a> to Entertainment Weekly. &#8220;They weigh about 4 pounds each. The photograph that I saw — I lived with those dogs for many years. It was not the dogs.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I didn&#8217;t feel like I deserved that kind of treatment,&#8221; Depp said.</p>
<p>&#8220;I was shown a picture of what the problem was,&#8221; the 58-year-old recounted about the alleged incident. &#8220;I had gone to Mr. Bett and said, &#8216;She&#8217;s at Coachella. I think it&#8217;s a good time to go downtown so that I can get some of my things and get them out of there,&#8217; especially things that were precious to me &#8230; and he said, &#8216;I don&#8217;t think now&#8217;s a good time to go.&#8217; And I thought, &#8216;It&#8217;s the perfect time. She&#8217;s not going to be home for two days.&#8217; Then he showed me a photograph on his telephone of &#8230; it was a photograph of our bed, and on my side of the bed was human fecal matter.&#8221;</p>
<p>Depp said his &#8220;initial response&#8221; to being shown the photo was to &#8220;laugh.&#8221;</p>

<p>&#8220;I laughed,&#8221; he testified. &#8220;It was so outside. It was so bizarre and so grotesque that I could only laugh.”</p>
<p>Depp&#8217;s team also played audio of Heard admitting to “hitting” the actor.</p>
<p>“I didn’t punch you, by the way,” Heard said in the provided audio. “I’m sorry that I didn’t hit you across the face in a proper slap. But, I was hitting you. It was not punching you.”</p>
<p>&#8220;You’re a f***ing baby,” the actress added. “You are such a baby! Grow the f*** up, Johnny.”</p>

<p>Heard is countersuing Depp for $100 million in damages, accusing her ex&#8217;s legal team of making false claims about her.</p>
