Podcast giant Joe Rogan mocked CNN this week after the audience for a late-night talk show erupted in laughter as the host claimed that the network was known for being “objective.”
Rogan highlighted a clip from liberal host Stephen Colbert’s “The Late Show” from Monday night where Colbert was speaking to CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins when he said: “I know you guys are objective over there, that you just report the news as it is.”
The audience immediately burst into laughter, figuring that Colbert meant the line to be funny. He did not.
“How crazy is that? The audience is like shut the f*** up. That is hilarious,” Rogan said. “They thought he was being a joker. They thought that was a joke. That’s how crazy this world has gotten, where f**king CNN being unbiased is a joke to people in the audience. That’s so crazy.”

“If you were running a business, what did you accomplish by doing things that way? You’ve ruined your business because now, people think you’re full of s**t and you could’ve just been actual, just straightforward journalists and been beyond reproach and probably gotten away with … but you wouldn’t have got as much money,” He continued. “They wouldn’t have gotten as much money. You gotta get those ads in.”
