First, just for variety, we begin with a renowned leftist using his deft wit to use obvious hyperbole to mock the awe-inspiring Biden presidency. Unless he’s serious, of course.

In January, after Biden referred to Russian president Vladimir Putin and his intentions regarding Ukraine, saying, “My guess is he will move in; he has to do something. &#8230; And it depends on what it does. It’s one thing if it’s a minor incursion and we end up having to fight about what to do and not do,” Florida GOP Sen. Rick Scott <a href="https://floridapolitics.com/archives/488381-rick-scott-calls-joe-biden-a-clown-and-complete-joke/">slammed him</a>, snapping, “What’s a minor incursion?&#8230; Maybe like 2,000 people die, 5,000 people die, that would be a minor one? If 100,000 die, that would be a major one?”
