Iran Starts Execution Of Protesters. 23-Year-Old Protester Hanged.
The despotic, tyrannical Iranian regime has executed a protester against the government for the first time since protests surged after the mid-September death of Mahsa Amini, the 22-year-old woman who died in police custody.
According to the HRANA news agency, the government and its allies killed at least 459 protesters as of November 29, including 64 minors.
Radio Farda reported that the Mizan news agency, which is connected to the Iranian judiciary, acknowledged Moshen Shekari was hanged on December 8 after Iran’s Supreme Court rejected his appeal.

Shekari was reportedly accused of “intentionally injuring” a government security officer and “blocking the street.”

“The Iranian regime’s inhumanity knows no bounds,” Germany’s Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock declared. “Moshen Shekari was sentenced and executed in a perfidious summary procedure because he disagreed with the regime. But the threat of execution will not suffocate people’s desire for freedom.”

Prior to the execution, earlier this week, the Biden State Department offered a weak rebuke to the terrorizing Iranian regime. State Department spokesman Ned Price complained: “We have denounced the draconian sentences that have been handed down. We denounced them in the strongest possible terms. Unfortunately, this is just really the latest tactic that we’ve seen from the Iranian regime with its ongoing, brutal crackdown on what can only be described as peaceful protesters – individuals who are exercising their universal rights. … As this violent crackdown on peaceful protesters continues, the Iranian regime should know that the world is watching.”

Last week, the daughter of Badri Hosseini Khamenei, the sister of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was arrested. This week, Badri Khamenei took on the Islamic Republic’s leaders dating back to the inception of the regime by Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini in 1979 in a letter that was shared on her son’s Twitter account.
“I think it is appropriate now to declare that I oppose my brother’s actions and I express my sympathy with all mothers mourning the crimes of the Islamic Republic regime, from the time of Khomeini to the current era of the despotic caliphate of Ali Khamenei,” she wrote in the letter shared on Wednesday.
“Ali Khamenei’s Revolutionary Guards and mercenaries should lay down their weapons as soon as possible and join the people before it is too late,” she added.
