A hopeless fan who was recently starstruck by Pope Francis’s visit to the U.S. decided to take his loyalty to the next level and steal money from law-abiding citizens in order to pledge free Adderall to criminals.
The hopeless fan is Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL); the Adderall is covered by Obamacare which is made possible by your tax money, and the criminals are illegal immigrants, for breaking the law.
Gutierrez said that his bill, which would extend ObamaCare to millions of illegal immigrants, “serves both a moral and economic purpose.”
“Doing unto others as you would have them do unto you,” Gutierrez declared self-righteously to Congress, “means moving forward with no restrictions on which brother and sister and neighbor we think of as ‘eligible’ or ‘deserving’.”
The Daily Wire reached out to immigration advocacy groups for their opinions on Gutierrez’s statements.
The Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project, an organization that gives legal assistance and information to “Main’s low-income noncitizens and their families,” asserted to The Daily Wire that it also supports free Adderall for criminals using taxpayer money.

“It is ILAP’s position that everyone should have access to health care, regardless of immigration status,” said ILAP executive director Susan Roche.
Michelle Mittelstadt, Director of Communications and Public Affairs at the Migration Policy Institute, refused to take a stance on the issue for The Daily Wire.
“In point of correction: we are not an advocacy group,” Mittelstadt retorted in her email. “We’re a non-partisan, independent research organization. We don’t lobby, and we don’t take stances on particular pieces of legislation.”
It was quite obvious, though, what MPI employees thought about The Daily Wire:
