Saturday Night Live” alum Victoria Jackson said doctors have told her she only has a few years left to live and that she has an inoperable tumor after her cancer returned.

Speaking to her fans in an 8-minute long video she posted on Thursday on Instagram, the 65-year-old comedian tried to sound upbeat as she shared the news that the cancer was back. She captioned the post, “Cancer Update: I have 34.8 months to live if I don’t get hit by a meteor … get Covid again or WWIII breaks out.”

“Update on the cancer: they cannot operate and cut out the marble in my chest that is laying on my windpipe and eventually would suffocate me to death,” Jackson said with a little chuckle.

She sounded optimistic as she revealed that she’s been given a “magic pill” by doctors that contains a cancer growth blocker that she said will “hopefully” “shrink the marble,” Page Six noted.

Jackson Googled the medicine and said that people who take it have lived for “32.6 months” compared to those with the placebo, who “had 28 months to live.”

“I think that’s great. I’ve had a fantastic life,” the TV star said, noting she’d like to be able to stick around for the birth of her grandson, Jimmy, who is expected in October, and to see her daughter become a mother, NBC News noted.

“So, I’m dying in [inaudible] months if I don’t have a heart attack or get hit by a car, or meteor, or terrorist or illegal … this world is suffering,” she added. “A lot of people are suffering, that’s why comedy is good to forget about it.”

“You know, we’re all dying but when you kinda see in print, you have 32.6 months, it makes you think, ya know?” Jackson continued. “But I wouldn’t change anything.”

The “SNL” star appeared on the show during its great years from 1986 to 1992, NBC News noted. Jackson was on the show during the same time as superstars like Dennis Miller, Jon Lovitz, and Phil Hartman, just to name a few, per IMDb.

She is probably best remembered for her “Weekend Update” appearances on the show. She also appeared in various movies and TV shows at the time, IMDb noted.

Victoria, who revealed her breast cancer diagnoses in 2016, has two daughters, one from a previous marriage and one with her current husband and high school sweetheart Paul Wessel, Page Six noted.
