<p>Twice-failed Democratic presidential candidate <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/hillary-clinton" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hillary Clinton</a> claimed this week that Vice President Kamala Harris faced a &#8220;double standard&#8221; from voters who wanted her to explain her policy positions.</p>
<p>Clinton made the remarks during an interview with Kara Swisher on the &#8220;On with Kara Swisher&#8221; podcast only a couple of weeks after Harris finally released her policy platform after weeks of avoiding talking to the media.</p>
<p>Clinton suggested that Harris, who is now the Democratic Party&#8217;s presidential nominee, does not owe it to the voters or the media to explain her positions.</p>
<p>&#8220;She does not have to do it, Kara. I&#8217;m going to just cut to the chase,&#8221; Clinton said. &#8220;In fact, she&#8217;s put out policies on her campaign website. Anybody who&#8217;s truly interested can go and read about them. She referenced policies.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;She actually doesn&#8217;t just have policies and concepts. She has plans about what to do,&#8221; Clinton claimed, even though Harris&#8217; policy platform lacks specific detail on a wide range of issues. &#8220;I think it&#8217;s, um, you know, it&#8217;s a double standard and it&#8217;s a double standard that is partly because they are still getting to know her.&#8221;</p>
