A former porn star slammed the adult entertainment industry in remarks she made while speaking recently on a podcast, saying that the X-rated industry should be banned.

The former porn star, Lana Rhoades, whose real name in Amara Maple, made a staggering 250 adult films over the course of her eight-month stint in the industry between 2016 and 2017.

The New York Post reported Thursday that the 26 year old slammed the industry during remarks she made while on the “The Skinny Confidential Him & Her” podcast.

“I just I don’t think that it’s good for anyone,” she said. “They should make it illegal.”

Rhoades, who entered the industry at age 19, said that she was drawn to it because she watched E!’s “The Girls Next Door” show, which portrayed the lives of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends as thrilling.

“For some reason, I never comprehended that to do porn you actually have to have sex with people,” she claimed. “I watched the show and I was like … their lives look so glamorous compared to mine.”

The report said that when Rhoades saw the show, she recalled thinking about personal drama she was dealing with and thought she could instead be “jumping out of a trampoline into a pool in this big mansion.”

She slammed the industry for being “infested with drugs and alcohol abuse” and said that everything that people see is “100 percent fake” and that it amounts to nothing more than “circus acts.”

She said that she was “not mature enough” to jump into the industry and that she didn’t realize that her actions would lead to her becoming “the biggest porn star in the world.”

She said that she is now “pretty much asexual” and does not enjoy having sex.

“I don’t like having sex,” she said. “I never hook up with people, I don’t find people attractive, and I’ve always been like that. It’s not like there was a change after doing porn.”
