X owner Elon Musk predicted that former President Donald Trump would emerge victorious this week against Vice President Kamala Harris.
The prediction comes as Musk has given significant resources to help boost Trump in the election, has spoken at rallies with the former president, and has campaigned for him in swing states.
“Last election, I didn’t know a single independent/swing voter who was voting for Trump,” Musk began.
“This time, I don’t know anyone who isn’t,” he said. “And one person after another has confided in me that they’re voting for Trump, but they’re afraid to say so publicly, because it will affect their friends/job/customers.”

Musk has given at least $132 million to boost Trump and other Republicans during the election, including more than $50 million in the final weeks.
Musk’s donations have helped offset major contributions from Democrat billionaires like Bill Gates and Michael Bloomberg, who have each given $50 million to boost Harris.
Trump has said that if he wins, he will put Musk in charge of a new government efficiency commission that will cut wasteful spending as the national debt continues to explode.
Musk has repeatedly warned about what will happen to the country if Trump does not win the election.
“Unless @realDonaldTrump wins, this will be the last election,” Musk said on Sunday. “The Dems will legalize all the illegals in swing states, so there [will] be no more swing states.”
“America will become a one-party, deep blue socialist state,” he added.
