Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk mocked billionaire George Soros from a rally stage in Wisconsin on Sunday after leftist protesters attempted to disrupt his efforts to campaign for conservative Supreme Court candidate Brad Schimel.

Musk declared that the Wisconsin Supreme Court race was about more than just who might serve on the court for the next decade — and could have a lasting impact on the balance of power in the United States House of Representatives.

As he spoke, however, protesters attempted to interrupt him — and he fired right back.

After pausing briefly to take in what the protesters were saying, Musk replied, “It was inevitable that at least a few Soros operatives would be in the audience.”

The majority of the audience laughed and cheered as Musk waved at the protesters and smiled. “Give my regards to George,” he said. “Say hi to George for me.”

The crowd quickly broke out in chants of, “U.S.A.! U.S.A.!” — which Musk joined as well.

“I mean, it was inevitable,” Musk laughed as the chants died down. “I was waiting for that one.”

Wisconsin voters will decide on Tuesday whether to elect Schimel, currently a judge on the Waukesha County Circuit Court, or Dane County Circuit Court Judge Susan Crawford — and according to Musk, that election could ultimately impact the Republicans’ very slim majority in the U.S. House.

“What’s happening on Tuesday is a vote for which party controls the U.S. House of Representatives. That is why it is so significant. And whichever party controls the House, to a significant degree controls the country, which then steers the course of Western Civilization,” Musk said.

The goal for Democrats, if they are able to elect Crawford, is to get the Supreme Court to order redrawn district maps that would allow them to map two typically Republican districts out of existence.
