<p>Elon Musk slammed NBC News on Monday in response to a rant from a far-Left MSNBC host who claimed that Musk bought Twitter and turned it over to &#8220;the far-right.&#8221;</p>
<p>MSNBC&#8217;s Mehdi Hasan, who has <a href="https://www.thewrap.com/al-jazeera-host-mehdi-hasan-apologizes-for-past-criticisms-of-non-believers/">compared</a> non-Muslims to &#8220;cattle,&#8221; tried to downplay America&#8217;s far-Left by claiming that they only want to &#8220;give us free health care and free childcare&#8221; while claiming that the far-right &#8220;wants to give us white supremacy and no democracy.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;And this asymmetrical polarization of U.S. politics would be laughable if it weren&#8217;t so horrifying,&#8221; Hasan said. &#8220;We are living through an unspeakably dangerous moment, the pro-QAnon, pro-neo Nazi faction of the Republican Party is poised to expand dramatically come the midterms. We&#8217;re just two years away from Donald Trump very possibly reseizing executive power. If that happens, we may look back on this past week as a pivotal moment when a petulant and not so bright billionaire casually bought one of the world&#8217;s most influential messaging machines, and just handed it to the far right.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;NBC basically saying Republicans are Nazis,&#8221; Musk responded. &#8220;Same org that covered up Hunter Biden laptop story, had Harvey Weinstein story early &amp; killed it &amp; built Matt Lauer his rape office. Lovely people.&#8221;</p>

<p>Hasan&#8217;s remarks about Musk come after  Twitter’s board of directors unanimously approved an acquisition by Musk last week in a $44 billion sale valued at $54.20 per share.</p>
<p>Musk made news over the weekend when he <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/elon-musk-mocks-ocasio-cortez-in-response-to-her-meltdown-over-billionaires">mocked</a> the face of the far-Left, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), in response to her attacks on billionaires.</p>
<p>Ocasio-Cortez tweeted, “Tired of having to collectively stress about what explosion of hate crimes is happening bc some billionaire with an ego problem unilaterally controls a massive communication platform and skews it because Tucker Carlson or Peter Thiel took him to dinner and made him feel special.”</p>
<p>Musk responded, “Stop hitting on me, I’m really shy.”</p>
<p>Musk’s response is a reference to a news story from late last year where Ocasio-Cortez lashed out at critics online after she was caught hanging out in Florida without a mask on.</p>
<p>National Review <a href="https://www.nationalreview.com/news/aoc-spotted-in-miami-beach-as-nyc-reports-record-covid-cases/">reported</a> that, according to photographs obtained by the publication, Ocasio-Cortez was “seated outside Doraku Sushi and Izakaya in Miami Beach Thursday afternoon, raising a cocktail in one hand and checking her phone in another.”</p>
<p>“If Republicans are mad they can’t date me they can just say that instead of projecting their sexual frustrations onto my boyfriend’s feet,” Ocasio-Cortez responded to one of the critics calling her out. “Ya creepy weirdos.”</p>
