A post featuring video clips from Disney’s “Snow White” actress Rachel Zegler and Daily Wire/Bentkey’s “Snow White and the Evil Queen” star Brett Cooper speaking about the relationship between the sexes went viral, last week.

The side-by-side videos were posted by popular X account “End Wokeness” and captioned, “[Two] remakes of ‘Snow White’ coming out in 2024 (Disney vs Daily Wire,” adding, “Spot the difference.”

In the clip of Zegler, who has been a vocal far-Left feminist activist, the actress makes it clear that Disney’s “Snow White” will not need a man or “true love.”

“It’s no longer 1937, and we absolutely wrote a ‘Snow White’ — she’s not going to be saved by a prince! And she’s not gonna be dreaming about true love,” Zegler told an interviewer about the upcoming movie. “She’ll be dreaming about becoming a leader she knows she can be.”

Alternatively, Cooper, in her video clip, identifies feminist talking points that have hurt women and emphasizes how men and women need each other.

“But by 2030, it’s predicted that 45% of women will be unmarried and childless,” Cooper says. “Why do you think that is? Well, it’s because we’ve been told that ‘men are trash’ and that our career is the only thing that matters and that marriage and children will inhibit that, which is unnatural. That is biologically unnatural for women.”

The post has been viewed more than 1.7 million times, garnering hundreds of comments from users.

“Woke vs based. The battle for our culture,” one comment read, reacting to the post’s caption to “spot the difference” between the two videos.

“Daily Wire: concerned about women’s health,” another comment said. “Disney: doesn’t know how to define what a woman is.”

“The radical left has been promoting this ideology since the Obama days to destabilize the [men/women] dynamic, and the result has been a ‘woke’ over sexualize hookup culture that don’t believe in marriage, or family,” one comment said, referencing Zegler’s commentary.

Zegler has made repeated comments disparaging the original “Snow White” fairytale. She once told an interviewer that she watched the Disney film once as a kid and found it off-putting. “I think I watched it once and never picked it up again. I’m being so serious,” she said. In another example, the actress quipped that Disney could cut out all of Prince Charming’s scenes from the remake, emphasizing how apparently unimportant he is to the story. Perhaps most notably, Zegler said Prince Charming in the original fairytale “stalks” Snow White.

“I mean, you know, the original cartoon came out in 1937 and very evidently so. There’s a big focus on her love story with a guy who literally stalks her. Weird! Weird,” the actress said.

Disney made waves Friday when the corporation announced that the release date of their “Snow White” movie will be pushed back a full year. There was no reason given for the delayed release, but the move aligns with Disney, particularly Zegler, getting slammed for woke messaging about the “Snow White” adaptation.

Daily Wire co-founder Jeremy Boreing said Friday that he believes the ongoing actors’ strike in Hollywood will be used as an excuse for the film’s delayed release, but guessed Disney is likely scrambling to reshoot large parts of the film.

“My guess is the SAG strike excuse is just cover and that they are actually reshooting large parts of the movie to make it a more faithful adaptation of their own classic film,” Boreing posted to X. “Will be interesting to see how Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot walk back their previous denouncements and insistence that this movie will be different…”

Cooper, unlike Zegler, has gushed about how much she loved the original Brothers Grimm fairytale as a girl and felt honored and excited to be able to bring the story to life, adding that the story showcases important values.

“I’m just so excited to bring this story to you guys. The values in the original ‘Snow White’ story are so wonderful and so timeless, and so true,” Cooper said last week, when the live-action film was first announced to the public. “I think that those are values that are missing a lot in our culture today. I’m very excited for you guys to be watching something that is beautifully shot, and beautifully written, and experiencing that along with all of us.”

Popular YouTuber The Critical Drinker, who highlighted the differences between Zegler and Cooper, commented on Bentkey’s “Snow White and the Evil Queen” trailer, saying, “It’s like a direct f*** you to Disney.”

“I think it’s just funny that something like this is allowed to exist, and it’s probably going to go head-to-head with Disney next year,” he added.

“Let’s go. I’m for it,” one of The Critical Drinker’s guests chimed in. “It’s about time we had some competition in this space. These massive corporate structures have formed and something needs to disrupt it.”
