The left loves to swear. A lot.
In an interview with Bustle, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand shared her favorite swear word.

Gillibrand has dropped the f-bomb before. Since she is emblematic of the left’s penchant for cursing, here are the top five leftist potty mouths.
1. Joe Biden
The gaffe-prone vice president has been known to let slip some foul words that should not be heard by young children. One of which happened to be dropping the F-bomb next to a microphone.
“This is a big f***ing deal!” Biden whispered to President Barack Obama. And it was an even bigger deal since the whole world heard it.
But that wasn’t the only time he’s used that word. According to Slate, a former colleague once referred to him as “Mr. Vice President.” To which Biden responded, “Give me a f***ing break.”
Biden also had another slip of the tongue when speaking at Harvard. The vice president of the student body identified himself before asking Biden a question, to which he responded, “Isn’t that a b***h?” Realizing what he’d said, Biden quickly clarified that he was kidding.
2. Hillary Clinton
The Democratic presidential frontrunner may not swear a lot in public, but behind the scenes, the preferred lexicon of Hillary Clinton is unleashed.
Here are some examples of Clinton conveying her rage with some colorful language:
- “Where is the G*damn f**king flag! I want the G*damn f**king flag up every morning at f**king sunrise.”
- “F**k off! It’s enough I have to see you shit-kickers every day, I’m not going to talk to you too!! Just do your G*damn job and keep your mouth shut.”
- “Stay the f**k back, stay the f**k back away from me! Don’t come within ten yards of me, or else! Just f**king do as I say, Okay!!?”
- “Where’s the miserable c**k sucker!”
- “Come on [former president] Bill [Clinton], put your d**k up! You can’t f**k her here!!”
That last quote to her philandering husband speaks volumes.
3. Bill Maher
The “Real Time” host on HBO really loves to pull out the “earmuffs” language on his show and in stand-up. This includes calling former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R) a “c**t.”
“There’s just no other word describe her,” Maher said.
Maher once tweeted this out about CBS correspondent Major Garrett:
#MajorGarrett is a huge asshole. If U wanna “strike a nerve” with POTUS, why not just scream the N word? That shld get his attention.

He also once tweeted that former New Hampshire Gov. John Sununu was a “racist fat f**k.”
Radio host and constitutional scholar Mark Levin once referred to Maher as a “short, stupid, white comedian guy.” Sounds about right.
4. Markos Moulitsas
Moulitsas is the founder of the far-left blog Daily Kos, which is filled with vile posts smearing conservatives. It’s the kind of blog that makes you want to take a shower afterwards. And the filthy language comes from the top.
Moulitsas has written the following:
- “The crazies don’t really care about any conservative platform, they just want someone to reflect their own bigotries and xenophobia, all the while telling the weenies to f**k off.”
- “So yes, if you’re Hillary Clinton, you damn right ignore the dinosaur press corps. F**k them.”
- “Democrats didn’t lose in 2010 and 2014 because America turned against them. They lost because disgusted and disillusioned Democrats stayed home. Remember, there are more of us than there are of them, objectively. It just happens that our core base doesn’t vote at the rate that old white Republican f**ks do. Until we can turn that around, we’re destined for more non-presidential year shellackings.”
This is why nobody reads the Daily Kos outside of the extreme left.
5. Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti
Garcetti decided to celebrate the Los Angeles Kings winning the Stanley Cup by dropping an F-bomb on live TV, forcing Fox Sports West to apologize.
“There are two rules in politics. They say never ever be pictured with a drink in your hand, and never swear. But this is a big f**king day,” Garcetti said. “Way to go, guys.”
And from that day forward, the Kings’ 2014 Stanley Cup will always be associated with the LA mayor drinking booze and dropping the F-bomb, which basically sums up his tenure as mayor of LA.
