Daily Wire Launches Razor Company, Takes Aim At ‘Woke’ Harry’s Razors

One year ago, an anonymous Twitter user — with two followers at the time — complained to Harry’s Razors about opinions on gender identity expressed on a Daily Wire commentary show back in 2018.

In response to that one disgruntled Twitter user, Harry’s, which had advertised with The Daily Wire since 2016 and was fully aware of the media company’s conservative editorial stance, condemned the views as “inexcusable” and publicly announced that it was pulling its advertising. At the time, Daily Wire co-founder and co-CEO Jeremy Boreing said that The Daily Wire would not stand for woke, corporate pandering nonsense – and now he’s keeping his word. 

On Tuesday, Boreing threw down the gauntlet by launching Jeremy’s Razors. More than a men’s grooming line, Jeremy’s Razors is a message to woke corporations that hate half the country, but love to take their money: your customers have the power to choose, and they’re not afraid to do so.

“Stop giving your money to people who hate you. Give it to me,” Boreing said.

Backed by a multi-million dollar advertising campaign, the first Jeremy’s Razors ad features the McLaren-driving “god-king” walking through The Daily Wire’s headquarters and torching a pack of Harry’s Razors. He then sits atop his throne with his personal bald eagle by his side.

According to a Daily Wire press release, the Jeremy’s Razors kits include a “strong razor handle (not like the Beta stuff other brands use),” a “god-king” hand-selected Jeremy’s Green Tea & Menthol Shave Cream and Post Shave Balm, an eight razor cartridge, and a razor subscription to keep that mug looking fresh, forever. 

“I’m really tired of woke corporations bending the knee to tyrannical nobodies — to anonymous Twitter accounts with two followers,” said Boreing in a statement Tuesday.

In fact, when Joe Biden attempted to force us to comply with his obscene vaccine mandates, we sued him – and we won,” Boreing said, in reference to The Daily Wire’s lawsuit against the Biden administration’s employer vaccine mandate, which the Supreme Court ultimately ruled unconstitutional. 

“Now we’re taking on Harry’s because Harry’s decided conservatives don’t deserve great razors,” he said, adding, “Harry’s clearly wants you to know you’re not welcome in their world. Well, we want you to know you’re welcome in ours.”

Last week, Jeremy’s Razors’ teaser billboards went live in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, and Texas, along with a countdown at ihateharrys.com. Those teasers were also tweeted out:

As Boreing explained in his latest episode of “Enough,” The Daily Wire started this endeavor because the Left “is happy to bifurcate the culture, ripping it in two. They’re convinced there will be no economic consequences for this because, as I said, you need their products.”

“So, to win, we have to rip the economy in two,” he continued. “We have to give conservatives their own companies and their own products to buy. We have to build market alternatives that, in success, will force the Left to take real losses if they don’t compete directly for our business.”

“If we want to win, we have to compete,” Boreing added at one point in the episode. “And competition means building a future, not just lamenting the loss of the past.”

“It means fighting in the economy and culture, not just complaining about the economy and culture. And it means starting for-profit companies that create economic incentives for better behavior.”

“That’s what animates me. That’s what drives The Daily Wire. That’s the real fight,” The Daily Wire CEO remarked.
