An Ontario school board has decided that a biologically male shop teacher can continue wearing enormous fetish breast prosthetics while teaching children following an uproar from parents and students.
The Halton District School Board (HDSB) said that after reviewing its dress code, it has decided that preventing the biologically male teacher, Kayla Lemieux, from wearing the insanely large fetish breasts with giant protruding nipples would result in “considerable liability,” the Post Millennial reported.
“If an employer’s dress and grooming standards place more difficult requirements on female employees relative to those placed on male employees or require female employees to dress in a manner which is more conventional, such standards could form the basis of a discrimination claim under the Code,” the report from HDSB read.
“Similarly, it is important to recognize the impact that dress code policies can have on members of the transgender community,” it added. “Most notably, it is important for employers to make allowances to ensure that these employees are able to express themselves in accordance with their lived gender.”

The Code mentioned by the board refers to Ontario Human Rights Code policy on sexualized and gender-specific dress codes, the report noted. It was specifically written to prevent women from being forced to wear things like high heels, tight clothing, or low-cut tops reinforcing “stereotypical and sexist notions about how women should look and may violate Ontario’s Human Rights Code.”
This is now the Code allowing a male shop teacher to wear enormous fetish breasts, a sexist caricaturization of a woman, while teaching children, the outlet noted.
Parents and students protested in September over the teacher at Oakville Trafalgar High School, but the school and board at the time stood by the teacher. The school board showed support of the teacher wearing the fetish breasts with protruding nipples, and shared that it strives to ensure that kids have a “positive learning environment,” as The Daily Wire previously reported.
“We strive to promote a positive learning environment in schools consistent with the values of the HDSB and to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students, staff and the community, regardless of race, age, ability, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, cultural observance, socioeconomic circumstances or body type/size,” an email from the board read.
The board eventually decided to take up the matter following extensive media coverage after pictures and videos surfaced of the shop teacher instructing children while wearing the massive prosthetic breasts and a blonde wig.
