<p>Elon Musk said during an interview this week that his stated goal of assisting the Trump administration in eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government would be nearly completed by June.</p>
<p>Musk made the remarks during a wide-ranging discussion with Fox News anchor Bret Baier in which he and other top officials from the Department of Government Efficiency&#8217;s (DOGE) initiative offered a behind-the-scenes look at their efforts to prevent the United States from going bankrupt.</p>
<p>Musk said their goal was to reduce the federal deficit by half, meaning cutting it by a trillion dollars.</p>
<p>&#8220;We want to reduce the spending by eliminating waste and fraud, reduce the spending by 15%, which seems really quite achievable,&#8221; he said. &#8220;The government is not efficient, and there&#8217;s a lot of waste and fraud. So we feel confident that 15% reduction can be done without affecting any of the critical government services.&#8221;</p>
<p>Baier noted that Musk was technically a &#8220;special government employee&#8221; and was supposed to be in the government for only 130 days.</p>
<p>&#8220;Are you going to continue past that?&#8221; Baier asked. &#8220;Or do you think that&#8217;s what you&#8217;re going to do?&#8221;</p>
<p>Musk responded: &#8220;I think we will have accomplished most of the work required to reduce the deficit by a trillion dollars within that time frame.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;So in that time frame, 130 days?&#8221; Baier asked.</p>
<p>&#8220;Yes,&#8221; Musk responded.</p>

Elon Musk Provides Timeline Of When He’ll Be Done In Government

<p>Federal law enforcement officials arrested 36-year-old Paul Hyon Kim, a resident of Las Vegas, this week on charges stemming from an attack on a Tesla shop.</p>
<p>Kim, who was arraigned in federal court on Thursday, was charged with one count of unlawful possession of an unregistered firearm and one count of arson, the DOJ said in a statement. He remains in federal custody.</p>
<p>“The Department of Justice has been clear: anyone who participates in the wave of domestic terrorism targeting Tesla properties will suffer severe legal consequences,” said Attorney General Pam Bondi. “We will continue to find, arrest, and prosecute these attackers until the lesson is learned.”</p>
<p>Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department patrol officers responded to a call last Tuesday about gunshots and a person setting vehicles on fire.</p>
<p>Investigators discovered that &#8220;Molotov cocktails and a .30 caliber AR-style firearm were used to damage and destroy five Tesla vehicles,&#8221; the DOJ said.</p>
<p>Spray paint was also used to vandalize the building with graffiti that said &#8220;Resist&#8221; — a common rally cry for the far-Left.</p>
<p>Police executed a search warrant on Wednesday at Kim&#8217;s home where they discovered a firearm consistent with the one used in the attack, &#8220;a black gun belt with a pouch and a small drop of pink paint residue, a black hoodie, face masks, and a handwritten note with what appeared to be an escape plan.&#8221;</p>
<p>If convicted, Kim faces up to 10 years in prison for the firearm charge and 20 years in prison for the arson charge.</p>
<p>“As promised, acts of violence and vandalism will not be tolerated, and today law enforcement personnel acted quickly to arrest an individual on charges including arson,” said FBI Director Kash Patel. “Under Attorney General Bondi&#8217;s leadership, we will continue to pursue these investigations with the full force of law and will bring to justice anyone responsible for these attacks.”</p>

Feds Arrest Las Vegas Man For Allegedly Attacking Tesla Store With Molotov Cocktails, Rifle

<p>Satellite images have emerged showing a massive staging of B-2 Spirit heavy stealth bombers in the Indian Ocean that have been moved within range of being able to bomb the Houthis in Yemen and nuclear facilities in Iran.</p>
<p>The bombers arrived at the Diego Garcia base this week after taking off from their base in Missouri.</p>
<p>Images showed at least three B-2 bombers on the tarmac alongside multiple C-17A Globemaster III cargo planes, which would be used to transport munitions and other equipment to support a strategic bombing campaign.</p>
<p>However, there may be an additional four B-2 bombers at the base that cannot be seen by satellite because they could be in the four hardened aircraft shelters at the base.</p>

<p>A fourth B-2 bomber was en route to the base earlier this week when it was forced to make an emergency landing in Hawaii and there were reports that additional B-2 bombers were preparing to take off from Missouri en route to the base.</p>
<p>Seven B-2 bombers represents more than one-third of America&#8217;s fleet of the bombers, all of which are based out of Missouri.</p>
<p>John Hannah, who served as a national security adviser to former Vice President Dick Cheney, told The Wall Street Journal that the amassing of the bombers was an &#8220;unprecedented concentration&#8221; of firepower.</p>
<p>“This unprecedented concentration of overwhelming U.S. firepower in close proximity to the region is intended to signal to the Houthis that…unless they stand down immediately, things are about to get much, much worse for them,” he said.</p>
<p>Rebeccah Heinrichs, a senior fellow at Hudson Institute and the director of its Keystone Defense Initiative, agreed.</p>
<p>&#8220;Iran is vulnerable and outmatched. It’s not even close,&#8221; she told The Daily Wire. &#8220;If the president of the United States is serious about ensuring Iran never gets a nuclear weapon on his watch, there will not be a better time for him to guarantee that.&#8221;</p>
<p>President Donald Trump and his national security team have made it abundantly clear to Iran that they will not be allowed to acquire a nuclear weapon and that they have less than two months to enter a nuclear agreement or else the United States military will remove their program for them.</p>
<p>Top Trump senior adviser Dan Scavino posted a video on X this week showing B-2 bombers flying after news surfaced that they were being deployed to the base.</p>

<p>The B-2 bomber is the only aircraft in the world capable of carrying the the Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP), a 30,000-pound bunker buster that is designed to penetrate 200-feet of rock and concrete underground before it detonates a 6,000-pound high explosive warhead. The MOP is the most powerful non-nuclear bunker buster bomb ever built.</p>
<p>The munition could be critical to operations in Yemen where the Houthis have deep, underground munition sites.</p>
<p>In Iran, some of the Islamic regime&#8217;s nuclear facilities are located under the side of a mountain — thus ensuring that the MOP would be needed to destroy them.</p>

Trump Stages ‘Unprecedented Concentration Of Overwhelming U.S. Firepower’ At Base Near Mideast

<p>The United States military is continuing its efforts to recover a vehicle that became submerged in a swamp in Lithuania this week that is believed to contain the bodies of four U.S. Army soldiers who went missing during the incident.</p>
<p>The soldiers from 1st Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, went missing during scheduled tactical training this week at the General Silvestras Žukauskas training ground in Pabradė, just a few miles away from the country&#8217;s border with Belarus.</p>
<p>&#8220;We are leveraging every available U.S. and Lithuanian asset to coordinate for and provide the required resources for this effort,&#8221; said U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Curtis Taylor, the commanding general of 1st Armored Division.</p>
<p>The U.S. military said that the soldiers were riding in an M88 Hercules armored recovery vehicle, which is a giant armored tow truck designed to pull damaged tanks off the battlefield, when they went missing.</p>
<p>The vehicle was located on Wednesday, just one day after the soldiers went missing, after an extensive search from United States and Lithuanian military forces.</p>
<p>The thick forests and swampy terrain present unique challenges in trying to recover the vehicle as &#8220;thick mud and soft ground&#8221; have &#8220;required specialized equipment to drain water from the side and stabilize the ground,&#8221; the military said in a statement.</p>
<p>&#8220;Engineers on site are working to create berms,&#8221; the statement said. &#8220;These berms—barriers built of dirt and sand from the nearby terrain—are designed to create a contained area from which water can be pumped and mud dredged, providing emergency personnel on site access to the vehicle.&#8221;</p>
<p>Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth said in a statement on Wednesday that everyone&#8217;s &#8220;prayers are with their families, teammates, the entire unit—and everyone conducting search operations.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Nothing our troops do — whether in combat or in training — is ever routine,&#8221; he said. &#8220;We will not rest until our troops are found.&#8221;</p>

U.S. Military Recovery Efforts Still Ongoing To Recover Vehicle Trapped In Swamp

<p>Federal prosecutors announced on Thursday the arrest of former NFL running back LeShon Eugene Johnson over his alleged involvement in breeding pit bulls for illegal dog fights.</p>
<p>The 21-count indictment was unsealed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma after the FBI rescued 190 pit bulls who were in his possession for &#8220;selling, transporting, and delivering &#8230; for use in an animal fighting venture,&#8221; the U.S. Department of Justice said in a statement.</p>
<p>“Animal abuse is cruel, depraved, and deserves severe punishment,” <a href="https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/oklahoma-man-charged-operating-large-scale-dog-fighting-and-trafficking-venture">said</a> Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “The Department of Justice will prosecute this case to the fullest extent of the law and will remain committed to protecting innocent animals from those who would do them harm.”</p>
<p>The dogs were seized under the Animal Welfare Act in October in what prosecutors said was &#8220;the largest number of dogs ever seized from a single person in a federal dog fighting case,&#8221; according to a <a href="https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/oklahoma-man-charged-operating-large-scale-dog-fighting-and-trafficking-venture">press release</a> from the Office of Public Affairs.</p>
<p>Johnson, 54, allegedly bred champion fighting pit bulls out of a new kennel that he operated to others involved in the illicit industry who were looking to boost their own operations.</p>
<p>The DOJ noted that Johnson previously ran a dog kennel out of Oklahoma that led to similar state-level charges in 2004, which he pled guilty to.</p>
<p>Johnson played six years in the NFL for the Green Bay Packers, New York Giants, and Arizona Cardinals, TMZ <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2025/03/26/nfl-leshon-johnson-charged-fbi-dog-fighting-pit-bull/?adid=social-tw">reported</a>.</p>
<p>FBI Director Kash Patel said that the Bureau would &#8220;not tolerate criminals that harm innocent animals for their twisted form of entertainment.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;The FBI views animal cruelty investigations as a precursor to larger, organized crime efforts, similar to trafficking and homicides,&#8221; he said. &#8220;This is yet another push in the FBI&#8217;s crackdown of violent offenders harming our most innocent.&#8221;</p>
<p>If convicted, Johnson faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each count he was charged with.</p>

<p>The U.S. military said that the soldiers were riding in a M88 Hercules armored recovery vehicle, which is a giant armored tow truck designed to pull damaged tanks off the battlefield, when they went missing.</p>
<p>The vehicle was &#8220;discovered submerged in a body of water in a training area after a search by U.S. Army, Lithuanian Armed Forces and other Lithuanian authorities,&#8221; the statement said. &#8220;Recovery efforts are underway by U.S. Army and Lithuanian Armed Forces and civilian agencies.&#8221;</p>
<p>The U.S. military said earlier in the day that the four U.S. Army Soldiers from 1st Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, went missing during scheduled tactical training this week at the General Silvestras Žukauskas training ground in Pabradė, just a few miles away from the country&#8217;s border with Belarus.</p>
<p>“I would like to personally thank the Lithuanian Armed Forces and first responders who quickly came to our aid in our search operations,” said Lt. Gen. Charles Costanza, the V Corps commanding general. “It’s this kind of teamwork and support that exemplifies the importance of our partnership and our humanity regardless of what flags we wear on our shoulders.”</p>
