Biden’s Latest Fall Offers Reminder That June Is ‘Elder Abuse Awareness Month’

President Joe Biden kicked off the first day of “World Elder Abuse Awareness Month” by tripping on what appeared to be a flat surface at the Air Force Academy’s graduation ceremony.

If any good comes out of the incident, perhaps it is that we can go over just a few of the signs of what elder abuse looks like. It can affect any senior citizen — even the commander-in-chief, apparently.

“Elder abuse can include physical, sexual, emotional, neglect, and financial exploitation,” according to SeniorCare.com. “Another form of elder abuse is self-neglect.”

All of those forms of abuse — except possibly sexual (we don’t dare ask) — present themselves in the Biden presidency thus far.

As an 80-year-old president, Biden’s own aides have said that long presidential trips tire him out for days. Reports indicate he is only functional between the hours of 10:00 a.m. Eastern through 4:00 p.m. Eastern — even though his job requires a 24/7-365 dedication.

Biden’s fall on Thursday wasn’t the only sign of physical or mental confusion displayed at the Air Force’s event. For example, when “Hail to the Chief” started playing, he needed a shove to get going.

He also needed directions once he made it to the stage:

And then there’s the emotional exploitation.

Biden is often put in front of situations that cause him to snap or become frustrated. Like that time on the campaign trail when he challenged a voter to a push-up contest. As president, he is often snippy with reporters. He also constantly barks in anger at full volume about “MAGA Republicans” and how his administration “beat pharma this year!”

It’s unclear what he meant by that considering Pfizer and Moderna raked in billions thanks to the COVID vaccine Biden effectively tried to force all Americans to take.

Additionally, you can hear the sadness in Biden’s voice, too, when he’s finally allowed to speak to the American people.

For example, on “Bring Your Kid To Work Day” at the White House, Biden lamented to a group, “And by the way, the one thing I thought when I got to be president, I’d get to give orders. But I take more orders than I ever did.”

Again, perhaps another sign of exploitation is that he is constantly being bossed around, never able to make a decision for himself. You might think that Biden’s son Hunter, an alleged struggling artist, would put a stop to all of this.

After all, in public, Hunter has helped clarify questions from children for his father on overseas diplomatic trips:

But, behind the scenes, Hunter has allegedly been taking advantage of his father’s “good” name through overseas business contracts — something of which Biden says he knows nothing about.

There’s that financial exploitation, with the old man being kept in the dark.  Those closest to senior citizens are so often the same crooks taking advantage of them.

Where is Jill? She’s the one who convinced him to keep going, according to reports. Another potential sign of ill-treatment for the president.

This elder abuse awareness month, beware of the signs. If you’re still not sure of them, just pay close attention to how Biden is being handled by his family and staff.

Won’t anybody put an end to this maltreatment?
