<p>President Joe Biden&#8217;s son, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/hunter-biden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hunter Biden</a>, allegedly took photographs with his phone of &#8220;apparent&#8221; cocaine, crack cocaine, and other drug paraphernalia, according to court documents filed by Biden&#8217;s Department of Justice.</p>
<p>&#8220;During November and December 2018, the defendant took multiple photographs of videos apparent cocaine, crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia,&#8221; the DOJ said in a Tuesday court <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.ded.82797/gov.uscourts.ded.82797.86.1_1.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">filing</a>.</p>
<p>Hunter Biden faces several felony gun charges stemming from allegations that he lied on a background check form to obtain a firearm, falsely claiming that he was not addicted drugs.</p>
<p>The filing contained photographs of the alleged drugs, including lines of what appears to be cocaine on some sort of surface and a box that appeared to contain additional drugs and drug paraphernalia.</p>

<p>A federal grand jury <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/hunter-biden-indicted-on-gun-charges" target="_blank" rel="noopener">indicted</a> Biden, 53, last year on <a href="https://d3i6fh83elv35t.cloudfront.net/static/2023/09/hunter-biden-indictment-1.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">counts</a> related to his purchase of a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver while he was allegedly using drugs in October 2018.</p>
<p>Biden <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/news/hunter-biden-indicted-on-federal-charges/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">faces a maximum</a> of 25 years in prison and up to $750,000 in fines if convicted.</p>
<p>After Biden pleaded not guilty, the judge explained the terms of his release, which <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/justice-department/live-blog/live-updates-hunter-biden-arraigned-federal-gun-charges-rcna118410/rcrd19664?canonicalCard=true" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reportedly</a> included: supervision by a U.S. probation officer in the Central District of California, seeking employment, and not using drugs or alcohol.</p>
<p>In a separate criminal case that Hunter Biden faces charges in over his taxes, prosecutors <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/feds-file-new-criminal-case-against-hunter-biden-report">highlighted</a> his drug use in court documents.</p>
<p>“Between 2016 and October 15, 2020, the Defendant spent this money on drugs, escorts and girlfriends, luxury hotels and rental properties, exotic cars, clothing, and other items of a personal nature, in short, everything but his taxes,” prosecutors said.</p>
