<p>Actress Charisma Carpenter, who played Cordelia on &#8220;Buffy the Vampire Slayer&#8221; and its spin-off &#8220;Angel,&#8221; has accused the show&#8217;s creator, Joss Whedon, of &#8220;hostile and toxic&#8221; behavior on set.</p>
<p>In a lengthy post on social media, Carpenter said that she decided to come forward with her story after actor Ray Fisher publicly accused Joss Whedon of misconduct during reshoots of &#8220;Justice League.&#8221;</p>
